★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got trained for my confined space program from hazmaster today it's was great and I enjoy it specialty my instructor ray explain very fined details to everyone what is the safety things to do before entry an confined space an not to do I took mine 8 years ago different company it was less information but this one I took is more information an more learning what's the hazard One thing you need to focus listen an be clam. I recommend to anyone to take your 1 day course. Thank you again ray your the best instructor I ever had fun an laughable see u in 3 year for re certificate confined space entry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of time. Was told I could rent a machine and was given the details how over the phone. Once I arrived from a 45 minute drive I was told that they wouldn't rent it out as I didn't have an account. I was clear and concise on the phone that I did not own a construction company and they said I could give a deposit and start an account regardless. By the sounds of all the other negative reviews they need to get their policies in order and be on the same page.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased equipment from Hazmasters for 10 years now. Darren is second to none for customer service. Prices are the best in the lower mainland. The training department has excellent courses and instructors. If you need hard to find items, these guys will search North America until they find it for you. I have spent over a 100K here this year alone and it is because of the PRICES and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with this Hazmasters branch with relative frequency. The electrical contractor I work having an account here. The service from the sales reps has been good they are knowledgeable about the products, and happy to help. Prices are competitive and inventory is decent. We buy confined space equipment/specialized ppe/fall arrest equipment/etc... Organizing confined space entry training through Hazmasters has been quite easy and they always seem to more accommodating with available class spots then their competitors(Which I guess is not necessarily the most obvious sign of quality, but we've never had any complaints from our employees). Honestly I'm not sure what all the 1 star reviews are about, but I suppose you might have a different experience, if you are just trying to make a small 1 off purchase and are unsure of what you are looking for.

They Are too preoccupied to notice customers or to offer service....... I’d rather purchase my supplies on amazon.
There are tones of place to buy your safety gear. Customer service is the only reason to go to one place over another.
