★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off. This company only cares to get you in and sign contract for 5 years. Everything happens after is a nightmare - you will never be able to get in touch with your rep or area manager for customer service concerns or even price concerns. Drivers change all the time, all employees lie to you to get you to pay more, prices has gone up over 50% since 2016.
Rep in charge, named Courtney particularly rude, with no respect to customer. Never even being to customer location, never met. She appears only when you want to leave them, argue price, to get you into another 5 year agreement

People will try to accuse their cheat....If anyone use this company, please gets a record,and takes it to accuse their cheat to government department ...my friend is preparing all the record already...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been working with Cintas for 3 years at my restaurant. Always great customer service and very adaptable to sudden business changes (pandemic) and levels of service needed (extra cleaning,towels etc) would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars. I already left a review on the other location but I feel as though people need to understand how DIFFICULT and unbelievably unprofessional these people are. I couldnt be happier to have gotten out of our "contract" even SLIGHTLY early. Would rather take towels to the laundromat and pick them up myself than deal with this company every again. Save yourself some money and stress and look somewhere else for your uniform needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Id give this negative stars.. very very very bad service, missed our Laundry service for almost a year and there is zero compensation and responsibility on their end! I have to call 4 weeks straight about uniform laundry service and still cannot get it right.. they lost most of my uniforms that i need for my job.. excuses after excuses.. doesnt go extra mile at all and doesnt make up for all their mistakes... typically money grab business scam!
