Took my niece here for her bday, and we played 3 games. All the employees were very kind, but there was one guy that worked there that was extremely kind and helpful when my gun stopped working and helped get me back in the game as quickly as possible. great day!!

If you have kids or teens then after them up and BRING THEM!. Cool vests, music and two floors of glowing fun. Lots of spaces to hide and shoot other parties. Lockers also available for small fee. Extreme Air Park also located in the same building. Sadly, there where no other parties to play against, so we played against each other! I recommend phoning in advance to find out, depending on many are in your group.

I was concerned after reading reviews about rude employees but my son's birthday party went well. There was 1 guy running Lazertag and coordinating birthday pizza/drink/cake etc. And although he did very well, I felt like there should have been 2 employees at the desk as it was the weekend and very overwhelming at times. That's alot of thinks to juggle. I was impressed. All the food and drinks arrived at the perfect time and the ice cream cake was SO good! My only concern was when I originally requested a reservation online, I wasn't called back. However, after calling and leaving a message, someone called me back and took my deposit.

Bought 3 laser tag games for my 2 kids in advance. First two were fine but there were only my 2 kids for the last game. They didn't want to play only against each other, but staff and manager would not credit or refund. "Its only $3 for each player for that third game, for $6 its not worth refunding or for you to argue about."

We planned our sons birthday party here for laser tag. One of our guests did not show up, and staff advised us we still had to pay for him. This does not make sense, because the general public were still in our laser tag room with us. Secondly, the staff were completely disorganized, and we had to pay the price for this. All food items were provided late. Cutlery was not provided at first, so I had to wait in line to ask. The kids waited while their pizza got cold in the party room. Loot bags (goodie bags) were not provided at all. I waited in line again, but our guests began to leave empty handed, because our scheduled event ended. We were furious at staff for failing to provide us the loot bags. After our guests left, I got in line again and waited until I was able to speak to staff. The employee advised I contact head office using email/online avenues. He advised refunds are not normal practice for them, but suggested I try. I emailed, I called, I left voicemails, and I did this multiple times. No one responded. Months later I was there again for another event, and I attempted to speak to staff again. The employee claimed to be a manager. I explained everything, and that I need $63 refunded for the loot bags. He aggressively responded that it is too late for any refund. He was also quick to remind me that it is also too late to file a credit card dispute. No apology of any kind. Wow. Rude manager. This is in my list of top 5 WORST businesses in the lower mainland. No consideration for a customer who spent well over $400.

I went with a group and did the $12 for 2 games promo. It's cool how there's different powerups and sound effects for when you tag someone, and the arena was quite spatious. Only downsides were no player cards and how sweaty you become by the end of the game ?

They have terrible service. They put a reservation fee of $100.00 on my cc card. They were supposed to return the $100.00 when our party came into pay the full price. I came in and paid the full price and then they forgot to remove the $100.00 hold and then the charged my cc card. I tried calling their New Westminster location to get them to reverse the charge. they said i have to use the customer service page to submit the charge. the contact us page was useless, because when I submitted the information necessary to remove the charge. they ignored me. I asked the New Westminster location to give me contact information for their head office, so i can communicate with them directly. they refused. sounds like they get a lot of angry complaints if they can't even pass on the head office's contact information. I had to contact my cc card company to get that charge reversed for me. This happened in November 2021. Everything was dealt with in February 2022. It took 4 months, and only when I involved the credit card company did this get resolved. I do not recommend Planet Lazer.

After moving to Canada first visit to laser tag. Had fun time with friends. It's quite a big place. Well organized. Maintain social distancing. They allow people in batches. You will have to wear mask all the time you are there inside. They have free wi fi.
