★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking really is a shambles. Over crowded with not enough staff and too many people. Foam pit closed for no reason. Disorganized for birthday parties with no supervisory help. Cool disco lights tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never written a review before but this was really disappointing. My preference is to simply not go to a place again and stay silent. I was there for my 6 year olds birthday party. The check in was bad. The rep checking us in was super rude. Basically a complete jerk. We were told later that he usually works in the back and was dragged out to help the chaos. After the jumping we went to the room. I realize now that there was no glow in the dark jump for the hour the kids were jumping. The pizza wasn’t there and my wife had asked 3 times for it. They found the pizzas in the staff room. We also needed to ask for plates. No napkins, no table covering, no drinks and again I realize now that there was no ice cream cake. They were sure to hurry us out after the time had expired. It certainly wasn’t an inexpensive bill. I don’t really know what I paid for. Glad 6 year olds don’t notice this stuff. Maybe they decide to treat younger parties poorly as they can get away with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first and last visit to this place. Came with my pregnant wife, a one year old and a four year old. Got charged over $100. The place is ok, nothing too special and one cool thing they have, which is the sponge ball pit, was closed! Over 100 bucks for a kid to jump on trampoline, two parents to watch and a 1 year old that doesn’t even know what’s going on. I thought crash Crowley was expensive but it cost me less for 2x the fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a great venue but the parking situation has become ridiculous, there basically isn't any. People are having to park along a narrow road and walk up and this is a safety issue. The line up to get near the place is long and slow, with drop off only possible. If you're hosting a birthday party everyone is going to be late! Don't bother going, many other options with much better parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had my son's birthday there today. First, the parking is atrocious as well as the service. We go in, there is no organization at all. The kids go and jump for their hour and we have no idea what room they are in. Next they told us the wrong room. Finally get our room and there is no pizza or drinks. After 20 minutes of waiting for the food they bring the pizza, but not the amount we order, now have to find someone to correct this (we only get the room for 45 minutes), finally we get the kids fed. They bring the ice cream cake in but no knife to cut it with. We try to find someone to get us one. The reason for getting the birthday package was so that it is no hassle, but the whole thing was a one big unorganized mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropping off my daughter for a friend’s birthday party. Quite chaotic here. No parking, no staff directing, and I had to park quite a distance away. Everyone is walking up a narrow driveway with no sidewalks while cars pass in both directions just inches from you. Had my other daughter in a stroller and found it challenging to access ramp to front entry since cars are tightly wedged into spots. Once inside, staff did not know first name of birthday girl, which is all I knew. I hope my daughter has a good time. I’m dreading the pick up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came during the Mom & Tot section and parking was not as bad until when we left and we had to backed out half the way because other cars parked super crazy as 40+ more people entered when we left.
Instructions were lacking both outside and inside. Some play section was blocked off when we were there. One of the bubble ball was deflating quite a bit. However the glow in the dark was nice and the space was fun to burn some energy.
