The boat arrived in great time and this was when a lot of highways in BC were closed due to the flooding. I had lots of updates along the journey from Jason, the driver. Very pleased with the service.

Brad (truck driver) is a dedicated professional with an excellent demeanor; he treated the vehicles as if they were his own and took the time to explain the process. With extreme weather delays, COVID and a shortage of drivers, there was a lot of extenuating circumstances that could have seriously impacted my plans to have my rig shipped across Canada. While there was a slight weather related delay so that my dates were moved out by 2 weeks, Ryan was extremely professional and patient and always got back to me as I was quite nervous. Cindy the driver met me at the Vancouver Airport with my RV that was freshly washed, fully gassed and ready for my west coast adventure. Thanks so much.

The communication and clarity of the whole service was top notch; we were always being updated on the next move. The driver (JP) showed up with a flat deck and arranged all the loading with precision and super professional. During the trip across Canada the communication was the best I have ever experienced.
