A	Angel Tse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why there's so many bad ratings here. I've been going to Dr. Eddie Wong since I was 5 years old, it's been 22 years now and I've always been treated well. He is fantastic, one of the most kind, caring, and altruistic doctors I've ever met. Recently I went to see Dr. Chu and he also addressed all my concerns professionally and patiently.

I have been suffering flank pain, pain in my throat and abnormal symptoms such as irregular watery bower movement, frequent urination, tasteless on all food and stomach discomfort as well for the last 2 weeks. I was in his office less than 5 minutes and all he did was checking my throat and nose then saying I have a cold? He did not even perform any test on my flank or any part that I complained about then he concluded nothing is wrong!!!!! Ask me just go back to my LA doctor to perform the body check up! I mean I do not have time because I will be gone for 1 month and that is why I am willing to fork out $110 cash from my own pocket to seek immediate doctor consultant and perform tests to ensure I am fine or if I should seek more helps. It is not like I hope to have something wrong to me but no test done then just simply concluded saying no problem, I think that is a rip off! I am still feel very uncomfortable and having pain in my both flank area as I am writing this. Is this Canadian standard or just this lazy and crook doctor? He didn't give me a feeling that he cares but simply ask me to go back to my LA doctor! Probably because this could be my only visit to him and will not be long term so he can care less!!!!! Bull crap RIP OFF

Few doctor are unacceptable, and have come to the conclusion to accept and prioritize 1 doctor as my family doctor. He has been very helpful and kind through my suffering from anxiety and depression and he has been grateful to me with multiple requests. He has the ability and will to perform excellently through difficult times. Great doctor, mannerful, welcoming, polite. Dr Kim Chen.

W	Wilson Mah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for years with Dr. Wong. I have noticed in the past 5 years that the patient care has worsened with each visit. It has gotten to the point where I am unable to get an appointment and when I do I feel like I'm out the door 2 minutes later. Yet wait times have increased drastically and the cherry on top is that the reception staff is unhelpful and uncoordinated. Please be better because it is unacceptable.

Dr. Johnny Su has been our family doctor for around two years now and we are extremely happy with our choice as he always listens to us and is very sympathetic to our concerns. He has successfully addressed and treated various our family's health issues over the years we've been seeing him. Front desk is always efficient and professional as well. Overall highly recommend this clinic.
