Good clinic in Metrotown area.Doctor Govindasamy is very good . This is appointment only clinic but you can take same day appointments. Ample parking space in tge alley way.

Terrible service, unorganized and rude. They hanged up on me when I was trying to ask questions and they did not understand what I was asking. Would not recommend to anyone. Some doctors are good, but the overall experience was terrible. Even when the circumference of the medical condition needed immediate attention.

This place was so dirty, when dr rasool washed his hands there was still soup on it and it was disgusting And he touched me with those hands The whashroom was so dirty you could not even wash your hands in there as you see in pictures The pharmacist touched my aplicator without washing hands or sanitizing Everything was dirty BUT At leas they helped me so 2 stars for help Also the pharmacy is more expensive than the shoppers or Walmart

I am a newer patient and so far I really like this clinic. Dr. Rasool showed sincere interest in my medical history and immediately started me off with thorough lab work and testing. I also had to call the clinic back to discuss how to arrange my Ultrasound and the receptionist was very kind and very helpful and provided great tips on where I should book. I do find their phone system and hours confusing. They must be a very busy clinic and leave their phones off longer than their phone system indicates because lately I have had a hard time getting through. Today is a Wednesday and not even 2pm and their phone indicates their office is closed. I also feel, I could be wrong, that when I arrive for an appointment my Doctor does not always know why I am there which confuses me. I book an appointment specifically to discuss lab results or discuss a survey I filled out about Depression, which I tell the receptionist, but when the Doctor calls/walks into the room he asks what can he do for me which leaves me to believe there are no notes on my appointment leaving him a little unprepared. The appointment goes well regardless but I don't like that feeling. I don't like the negative comments about the staff on google. Everyone is quick to judge but if you have never worked in the medical industry you do not know what they are dealing with. Perhaps the person is short with you because they were just dealing with a traumatic case or an abusive client, you acting entitled, rude and impatient is not going to help the situation. You attract more bees with honey as they say, so be kind and patient with medical workers.

Dr. Peedikyal has been a great doctor to myself and my family. The staff has always been friendly with me despite this busy time and the volume of patients they manage a day. Thanks !

This clinic often has a phone message that says “ our phone lines are now closed” the recording goes on to say what hours the lines are open.I’ve called numerous times when the lines are suppose to be open, only to get the message that they are not open. Dr Garg is not very accessible to her patients. It’s difficult to get a office visit with Dr. Garg. Very frustrating when you can’t even get through via the phone lines. Seems like a very unorganized office.

The worst service ever. Doctors are really rude and unprofessional. If you need urgent care, please do not consult any of the family doctors here. We made a mistake by choosing Dr. Rekha Garg as our physician. She's never available, and its really difficult to get through to her if you need help. Worst healthcare facility I've ever seen in Canada. My request to doctor's is that, we pay taxes to the government who pays your salary. So in other words, you are bound to help people who are sick and vulnerable. Not sit on your high horses and still get paid from the Government. Live by the oath you took and serve the public.

I'm writing this review because I called and was put on hold for 18 minutes. When the administration rep finally picked up she was snappy and said she was on the other line with a patient and when I told her I felt forgotten because I waited 18 minutes she didn't even apologize. Their phone staff is rude beyond belief. Dr. Peedikayal is so thoughtful and caring but they're administration actually outs my review into the negative stars. Dr.peedikayal saves the day on this review. Avoid this clinic, seriously. It's not worth the stress. Until they're given client service Training, I'd recommend finding other care.
