★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good deals today. Lots of mark downs, 50% off which made the prices reasonable. Store was a bit of a mess late in the day as shoppers were pawing through all the clothes but that's to be expected at this time of year. I'm sure it will be all tidied up for morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was with my family shopping and my wife was checking out a jacket and was wearing it and the way they confronted her and asking her question thinking that she was stealing so judgmental and rude staff never bringing my money at this brand again. Every year i spend $5000 in this store and this is how you treat your loyal customers ? The guy there needs to be corrected and fired immediately because i need a written apology from your staff for treating us that way! Shame on you!! I need someone to contact me from TH for an apology. Otherwise i will have a lawsuit against Tommy Hilfiger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay I shop both at the regular Tommy H store and the outlet, and apparently it’s the same thing. Sometimes I find that it is, but sometimes it really isn’t. I bought sweat pants and the C on the calvin has peeled off, so I guess I can tell everyone that “Alvin” is the go-to-store. Ugh.
I did buy a dress from there that I love though. So im a bit torn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. After they renovated the store that used to be located where Zara is now, employees don’t care a bit about selling anything. They were all rude and condescending when I asked them about a size for one of their jackets.
It’s so sad that the store deteriorated it’s customer service when everybody used to be so friendly before :(

Today Liza, the cashier helped me very patiently with my purchase. They are all very polite, helpful, and professional. ??
