★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tight parking lot. Too small for the London Drugs, they need to move. Should take over Sears. The pay parking meter doesn't take cash, rediculous. Not everyone has a charge card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little shopping mall with one of the best Sushi places in the lower mainland. Kiku Sushi is one of my favourite Sushi places in Vancouver. Exceptional tempura and really fresh Sashimi. Reasonable prices too with friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a whole lot here. Couple of banks, Japanese restaurant, a couple of towers with many doctor type offices and a very busy Life Lab. There is also one of the first London Drugs Store here, old and cramped. It's good if you know what you want, a small store compared to newer ones. Parking is not free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy Pay parking lot since it has TD bank and London Drug as well as there is a medical purpose building on the site.
You can go to London drug to buy $5 shopping then reimburse $3 parking which is a good reminder to you all. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good place for everything you need but paid parking is always almost full. no free parking anywhere. usually go here for London drugs, banking, brookes radiology, and life labs. most of the time i park at metro and cross but metro is also starting to do paid parking. sooo.... yeah :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sometimes visit a Ukrainian store at this address. Because I bought from them buckwheat. Buckwheat is very beneficial for health. And also i bought various Siberian herbs and oils. And the guys who are working there are nice and polite. Thank you and God bless you all.
