Amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and they help find what fits you perfect, the line was a little long but everyone was so amazing and they have such a huge variety that makes the line worth the wait!

Came in to get some items for my wife. I couldn't tell if I wasn't being noticed or on purposely ignored but it took 15 minutes before someone acknowledged my existence. I had some questions regarding about the items but the staff made me feel like I was a burden. I also felt rushed by the staff. I wanted to take my time to be able to learn more about the products as i've never shopped at Lululemon before.

Everyone was welcoming besides for the guy at checkout. I bought one item and paid with credit card. So its not like I wanted them to separate any bills exchange this for that, no fuzzy at all. And I felt like I was a burden to this guy’s life lol

Great store, can usually find what I’m looking for whenever I visit. Usually the associates are great for explaining store policies, especially for exchanges. Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience at checkout today. The associate who I had a bad experience with was telling me what not to do with pants that I’ve continually purchased over the years. I explained that I’ve never had this problem with the fabric or stitching except for this one time, but he continued to make me feel like I was doing something wrong and tried to upsell me on different pants that I wasn’t interested in. Please try not to belittle your customers when it comes to exchanges. I felt super uncomfortable after that exchange and don’t think I’ll be returning to this particular store.

I got a jacket here last year and the zipper broke last week. It's my favorite jacket of all times, super cute and warm. So I was wondering if they did zipper repairs, the guy was super nice and very helpful! He said a repair would take 5-6 weeks which I didn't mind waiting at all but he wanted me to have a closing jacket as soon as possible! So they are sending me a new jacket instead, and I exchanged my old jacket. Thanks! :)

Jan 22. Walked in. Nobody looked at me as I entered. Passed three employees. Walked up to a young girl folding pants in the back. Told her what I was there for. Written all over her face she does not want to help me. At the same time, I tell her I like her pants and ask if it is in stock. She shakes her head & gestures towards another employee. She talks to him, she walks away. He helps me. The girl reappears with another customer, her nationality. Today, Jan 28. I pick up my order. Girl is somewhat nice however before I even get my things together at the counter, she walks away!!! Without saying have a nice day or thank you. There were no other staff at the counter, LOL!!!!! The new staff are not there to help you, they are there to hang out & get their employee discount. I only bought because I love the clothing. They should be reminded their customers of every nationality & race are the reason why they have a job. Poor customer service. Poor.
