What's worse is when I asked the guy a question he gave me an flat reply and immediately went back to talking about trivial comparisons of Shawn Mendes and some other singer named Shawn. SMH...

β β β β β I'd give no stars if that was possible. Walked into an empty store this morning, two clerks standing around gossiping. I asked for mens belts, she waived me in the direction and continued gossiping with the other clerk. Management needs to address the issue of service with their employees because as of this morning there was none.

β β β β β Zero customer service every time ive come in, just the staff behind the counter chatting to each other not greeting or helping anyone. You can be in here for 20 minutes and no one says anything to you. I asked for a size in something and the woman looked physically annoyed she had to stop her conversation and gave me the shoes without saying anything then going straight back to the counter. Did not buy them as the service in here is consistently non existent

β β β β β Very pleasant experience, staff was attentive and seemed to genuinely care about my shopping experience. The selection was fantastic and i came out with a few great items. Overall my impression was completely opposite of the reviews I've seen for this store this far, good job! I'll definitely be back.

β β β β β Very bed experience. I went in the store and try to buy a pair of shoes for my 19 month baby. No one help usοΌand thatβs fine. When we help ourselves to find the style and size, a sales lady come and blame to my little kid because my son mixed up 3-4 pairs of the display shoes. She was very rude, and scared my son. I was really unhappy, even I bought the shoes at the end. I will go back and return the shoes, and never go to this store again. If you work in a retail store, helping customer and re-organizing goods are your job. If you just wanna stand there and chat with co-workers, better shut your door. Then now customer will bother you.

β β β β β I go here to browse their clothes and shoes once in awhile, and Staff never bothers to greet you. Like another Yelper said, staff seem too busy chatting about their weekend plans and etc. We felt like invisible people or something.
I like looking at their Native and People shoes. My sister recently bought a pair of People shoes for $30 discounted price, and that was a good deal. Staff actually talked when my sister paid for shoes.Their products are overly priced, but some products seemed worth buying.
