Two stars instead of one because I have bought before without any problems. Today, I wanted to purchase ballet flats, Cobb Hill (Emma). Price looked good, colour looked good, my possible sizes in stock, Victoria Day sale in effect. I own several pairs of Cobb Hill shoes because they suit people who need custom orthotics. Sales reps at Ronsons Metrotown and A Step Ahead have pulled out the insoles out of Cobb Hill shoes themselves so I could try them with mine on, saying that these ones pop in and out, so I figured I could do this. I did this to the right shoe and walked around. Not bad. Then the sales rep today stopped me as I was about to do it to the left shoe, saying customers don't like to have the insole pulled out before they're sold. Unfortunately, putting in an insole over top the existing insole cannot determine fit, as this would just make my foot squish up against the top of the shoe. As my feet are slightly different sizes, I need to try both shoes. Had the left shoe fit, I would have bought. Just letting you know.

SCAMMERS. They do not honour their exchange policy. Tried to exchange shoes that didn't fit less than 24 hrs later and they would not exchange! Do not give these ppl your money. Poor service. Rude staff and honestly I'd be embarrassed to ever shop here again. I'd rather set my money on fire.

So I decided to buy some boots the day before and wore them around the house when I got home, after noticing that the boots fit more tight (since now I was trying thicker socks for winter) than I had tried in the store, I decided to come by today after school to exchange for a size up. Now I still had the receipt and the box and everything I needed it when I asked for a bigger size they simply saw some dirt on the bottom of the shoe (which I believe was probably from my carpet since people come in all the time) they refused to give me anything and called it "unsellable" which is ridiculous since all they needed to be new was a quick wipe. Not only that, but the younger of the two employees gave me such a bad attitude throughout the whole thing. Waste of money, I don't recommend you going there!

Worst store ever. Zero for customer support and 100 for arrogance. Money minded and cheats. Paid cash for a pair of work shoes and didn’t even get a receipt. They gave me a 7 day time for exchange and when i went to exchange they refused. Wore that shoe for a day and felt too tight. I couldn’t have known it was tight from the front until i wore it for a few hours. But the disrespect i got from both the ladies was ridiculous. They didn’t give me a bill or any receipt because i paid cash, & later made a big issue out of it. Waiting for a judgment from the past 3 weeks given the situation my shoes are at their store simce the day i tried to return them.They could have given me a store credit to compensate for those work shoes but they didn’t have any empathy. Please do not buy anything from this store. There are alot of other stores in metrotown go there for better service deals and respect.

I agree with the bad reviews for this store. ....worst customer service ever. I purchased some shoes online and i wanted to return one of the pairs in the store, as per the instructions I've found online. Their store name and address was given on that site for clients to go there and return the unwanted items. The women who worked there on Monday afternoon told me they do not do refunds and also this happened before and the manager can't do anything about that. I don't understand why the manager doesn't take any action, they just turn the clients away, saying they don't know why their store name and address is on that site for returns. Don't waste your time dealing with that store, there are many other that really care about their customers.

I recently purchased a pair of boots for the fall and I’m totally in love with the quality and fit. They made sure that my feet perfectly and even let me know my left foot is slightly larger. In the end I went with half size smaller as per their recommendation and it is just right. This was important to me because I have always had trouble with my feet. Highly recommend!

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went there today, Aug 30, to buy a crocs. Also, I liked a sandal, and my husband was interested in another shoe. We are willing to buy at least three pairs, but the lady was so indifferent, rude and without any willingness to serve us that we gave up. It was my first and last visit to this store.
