Stores great and sets a benchmark for pricing in BC, which is why these other stores are upset

β β β β β Friendly staff and very helpful, but some of them can be a bit much/too overly helpful.
I like the selection available and the prices are fairly decent.
I generally buy vape tips and shatter, my husband gets flower.
The vape tips are great and the policy for malfunctioning product is wonderful.
I have tried a few of the shatters and they were good, one had a weird taste but it also had the strongest effect.
Flower can be hit or miss. But the range of what's available is nice and plentiful. The last time we got a quarter of flower it busted up into a very large quantity and the amount of THC left at the last chamber of my grinder was outstanding.
I really like this store.
They make you feel welcome, have good selection, helpful, and it's a spacious layout (which I love as you dont have to be shoulder to shoulder with others).

β β β β β I went in here recently and the consultant I had was not very helpful. I felt unwelcome by the consultant. I asked a few questions and recommendations but I can tell the consultant had no interest in helping me choose the right product for me. The vibe I got from the consultant was irritable. Iβve been to a few other private establishments that had much better service than what I experienced here. They do have a large range of product selection at great prices. Iβm sure my experience would have been much more pleasant if another consultant, with better customer service, helped me.

β β β β β Such mixed feelings about this location. Some staff are absolutely fantastic, actually amazing sales men, but on the other end you have the staff that make you feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and asking them a question is like pulling teeth. When buying extracts, they have a great selection but unfortunately the brands they carry supply inconsistent and poorly packaged products.
The shop itself is beautiful and organized nicely. Not overly congested and labels are always clear. There also is amazing variety in products.
