★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They say you can do everything online or come in. I wasted a whole day getting loan, then they said I have to come in to sign. Not everyone can come into the office that's why there is online. They did not let me know before hand I must come in to sign. Waste of my time & there"s.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really fun time, who doesn't when they're approved for a loan with only fair credit? Huh?! I was excited and am totally going to stay on their good side and keep up with the payments. I budgeted it out so I should be good. The staff there are really friendly, laugh, get the job done, correctly I might add. By my mistake I agreed to buy insurance which for I am already covered and once realizing the numbers didn't add up, either that or they're crazy! I phoned left message, played a little phone tag and finally reached her coming to the conclusion that I said yes when she asked about life insurance policy. (Guess I wasn't paying that close of attention, whoops!) So anyways, she gave me the solution, a number to call and follow prompts and cancel the insurance! Not only that, they're sending me a cheque for $325.76 How can it get any better or luckier than this!? So thank you Neha and Fair stone employees, you made me one happy gal! Great place for a loan, I gaurentee it! Thanks everyone! Take care, talk soon!
