★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the Dirty Network that I've ever never witnessed, Unprofessional, Irresponsible,Not Caring.
All Koodo want to keep doing is Charging with Huge Invoices, Disgusting service with 1960 Model operational method.
Self serve App doesn't has any features.
Eventually customer have to wait for surprising Invoices with Huge figures.
I've experienced for the second time.
Not at all recommended, Never and ever to any more.
I'm writing this review only in related to the service that I received and after speaking to the customer service.
I'm not accusing Metro town team mates personally,They got nothing to do with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung A70 was not charging (The motherboard went on it)was sooo frustrated! The phone is a P.O.S. and I have had nothing but problems with it. I called Koodo customer service line and spoke with Jorge, then at store level (Metrotown in Burnaby) Ian helped me. I gave 5 stars because they worked as a team, did it efficiently, quickly and professionally . The customer service was above and beyond! TY to both of you for taking good care of me! You both deserve a RAISE!!! Keep up the good work! :)
