I wanted to buy a specific ring for myself, but can't seem to find it so I approached an employee, who I think was the manager(with glasses). She asked me about my size and I told her that I wasn't sure about it, and she just stood there and gave me a glare... I was going to buy that ring, but because she was so unwelcoming and just plain RUDE, I decided not to buy it. Just an advice, to those who are planning to buy at this location, be mindful that if their employees are presumptuous towards you, DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM :)

The staff at this location are so deceitful it is not even funny. I was told by one of the staff members that the store had a 10% off sale and the item that I was interested in was included, at the same time they inform me that any purchase over $100 would include a free necklace. I went out of my way to purchase at the store for both these reasons. Upon paying for the item I was told that I would have to spend $200 to receive the necklace at this point after a long drive I was not interested in dealing with them or fighting for something that was worth not that much so I passed and still purchased my intended item. When I got home I noticed on the receipt that they not even taking the 10% off. I called them right away and was told that it was not included in the 10% off sale and that I was out of luck, she told me that she would text her manager and I can call back in the morning or I can return the item if I wanted to. This is what you call customer service with a knife in your back. All they are interested in doing is getting a sale as fast as possible and they do not care about the repercussions of their deceitful ways. Please be very cautious and stay clear of this store and purchase from another location he most likely will get some more truthful service then they would get from this one.

Waited 20mins for help and when I finally got it the lady was extremely rude. She casually tossed the jewellery on the counter and lazily said "so, you wanna buy these?". This combined with the long waiting time for the service made me leave right away. I came back a second time the next day to take another look, hoping that the last time was just bad luck; however, the same slow service was served to me as I waited, yet again, another 10-20mins. When I finally got help again, the sales lady walked off, completely disregarding my questions as she "needed to help at the till". Fed up with having to wait again, I left. Never coming back to this location again. Worst costumer service I have received.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! EVERY SALES REP IS DISGUSTINGLY DRIVEN BY COMMISSION/BONUS IT’S RIDICULOUS! We waited 20 mins in line at the cashier to order an extension pierce for the $600 necklace my bf bought just 2 days before. These sales rep hand picked people behind us in line because it was β€œtheir customer” and they sold them an item. When I asked the cashier who finally helped me if these reps make any commission she said no just bonuses, told her it is bluntly obvious. She apologized and said that no it’s not what you think, all customers gets the same service. It’s just because those people they are helping has been waiting for awhile. I told her I spoke to both of your sales rep 10 min before getting in line and before any of”their customer” even walked into store, but just because I did not buy anything from them, they discriminated and did not want to help us. I BORDERLINE WANTED TO RETURN MY $600 NECKLACE JUST TO MAKE A POINT. THAT IS THE LAST TIME I AM EVER GOING IN THERE AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE! No wonder Pandora is getting more and more popular. Their customer/sales services are inpecable due strategic training and you can tell.

Quite a nice store, they greet you with smile and hand sanitizer as you enter the store. So many smiling and cheerful ladies, I feel like each one of them asked me today how am I doing. Very friendly. I was served by Sahar particularly, she helped me buy some presents, she was very knowledgeable. Will visit again.

The products in the store are cute & fashionable but when it comes to having a chain broken or a pendent loose they do not care about any of those things even if you call them, which they should as a jewelry store . As they only care about the sells . Save your time and go to another store like Pandora where they actually care and come to your needs .

Very bad customer service, I think that the graph for swarovski customer service is going down. Went there at 7:55 pm as I had an urgent gift to give to someone and they refused my entry and I saw there were still customers inside. The mall hours are till 9 and I was under the impression that they will let me enter as i knew what i wanted and it would have been a quick sale in and out. The rep just wasn’t cooperative.

Telling customers about promos and other deals is fine. Suggesting items is fine. But we chose the item we wanted to buy 5 minutes after entering the shop. The worker kept trying to push us to buy other things and our 5 minute visit turned into 20 for no reason. We came knowing what we wanted and we told her that was it many times.
