β β β β β The staff are realllllllllllllllllly too rude, they even didnβt let me to put my foot in, someone just jump on me & yelled do you need help and I got frightened.
They constantly keep bugging you can I help you , again can I help you. I just put my step in, you even didnβt give me chance to browse anything yet how do I need help?
They sent 4 different people to me to ask me do you need help?
Not every one is a thieft.
SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE.

β β β β β I was in metrotown location around 40 days ago to buy gifts for my mom and my wife recetly came to Vancouver. Although shopping always has been hard for me, I had this chance to be in this store and wellcomed by its kind staffs?.
As I am persian, I found one of the girls named "Miran" who was persian too and she helped me so much. This team is really helpfull. She consulted me to buy suitable pj, lingerie and sleep dresses for my family. She was soo patient znd multi-task?, helping me and two more customers and answring phone!!
It was my plesure to did my first shopping experience in this brand with this AMAZING girl. Highly recommended?

β β β β β I've done shopping at this location for so many times. but recently it belongs to less than one week ago. I bought more than $1000 from different stores for Christmas for my family and friends. Then I had many long receipts. finally after passing holidays I came back to return some of them. I wanna thank Miran. How a person could be soooooo welcoming, with smile in her eyes, professional and patient?!?! I had soooo many products in my bills and she spend 20 min to find all of my products barcode numbers and did my return completely. after my return she helped me to find some suitable bras, panties and PJ. Honestly I returned around $ 150 but she persuaded me to buy more than my return amount! and surprisingly all of my new stuffs were pieces that I exactly needed. I asked her name to mention in this review cause I believe it's the only thing I can do to thank her.
THANKS MIRAN AND LA VIE EN ROSE TEAM.

β β β β β Terrible experience at this store with the manager Melina, she is really rude with the costumers. I hope she finds a job soon what she really enjoy. I was with 2 Christmas pijamas and only 1 gift receipt I explained to her I don't need 2 pijamas can I get one gift card and exchange just the size? She understands another think and when I try to explain again she star to screaming to me. All the costumers was angry with her about that. She is terrible and is the manager!!!! Don't go there!

β β β β β Oh my god! This is too much. I wont go to this store anymore. I stepped in the store and a girl literally came up to me and started shouting do you need any help. I guess her name was Maria or something as I heard someone calling her.I literally felt attacked and uncomfortable. And one more thing when I stepped in, she started promoting pajama sale and so so. Like I get it it is their duty but there is a way to do everything. Everyone is not a thief and everyone needs time to browse by themselves and if help is needed we will ask for it. Worst customer experience.
