★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased Regency Horizon HZO42 (Natural Gas, w/ the Steel Framing Kit and the Black reflective crystals for the 'Firebed') and Regency Horizon Gas Insert HZ1390EB (w/ the Regular Faceplate (black), Black reflective crystals for the 'Firebed' and Flex Venting) from EMBERS WEST, Anaheim, CA and we are extremely happy with both fireplaces. They both are absolutely wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer support complete garbage. Called 4 times and emailed regarding help finding a qualified chimney sweep for a catalytic unit. Went through 5 sweep companies who would not touch a catalytic unit. Talked to a lady twice who assured me they would get back to me within the week. Followed up multiple times via email with no response back. Its over a month later.. We bought one of the largest catalytic units offered and spent a small fortune. Advice save your money for a different vendor who will support you after you spend thousands with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother in law has a GR55 and I have been required to fix the ignitor and other things on it. I would NOT recommend this company or it's products to anyone. I work on my own pellet stove with no problems at all but the Regency products have NO information on line or in their so called technical manual on how to replace even the ignitor. There are so few local stove companies that will service them as well. Regency's customer service is a joke. The information even in the owner's manual is so poorly written, I can't figure out the thermostat control on this model (yes, I have been a teacher for 23 years so I can read!) She is now wanting to pull this stove out and purchase a different one after owning it for 4 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our Regency stove for 20 years and loved it the whole time. In the 21st year it developed a small crack on the top surface. Regency replaced the whole firebox. No questions asked. Great stoves! Great company!
