★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the countertop model works alright, but one essential filter was missing from the box. Upon contacting Santevia, they apologized and would ship it within one month's time - or I could disassemble and return to the store. At my convenience, of course. lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great for several years, but my mom and me, we live 350 km away, experienced a severe algae problem. Now, there seems to be something new in the product or something else I don't know. I would be cautious to use this product unless you ask for that specific problem before you buy anything.
Everything is ok now. Santevie was really good at solving this issue and my system is working great as it was before the problem occured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the filter/pitcher system for over a year. It is a 9.5 no question. I test it regularly with PH Drops. The only complaint I have is that the filter's clock went on both of the jugs. So I can't keep track of when the filter is done, however I do know by the taste usually, I drink a lot of water so I go through filters more than probably most people. However I just run the PH test and I know the filter is done. Something you guys may want to look into, as this has died on me both times. I have tried the water stick as well, its its very good doesn't raise the PH as high as the filter/jug but still comes in at a good alkaline level!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my Santeria water filter two years ago and it has worked perfect since, and still is. Recently the handle broke on the spout I called Santevia and they had no issues replacing it for me right away. Cant be happier with this product. Would suggest to everyone to buy this product, tons of benefits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like the system and the concept of drinking alkaline water.
We missed the water when it started leaking at the faucet.
We immediately called Santevia. They promised to send washers to seal the faucet. We have been using tap water for several days as we await receipt of the washers. We own the large Santevia gravity flow system and like it. We just need washers to stop the leakage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unacceptable. I received one as a gift the unit that uses these super pricey Mina Slim filters which hardly do its job. I can't remember seeing this much filter particles in my water when I was using Brita before. I just bought a Mina Slim filter today for 20 bucks after running out of the first filter in less than 2 months. Followed their instructions to fill tank twice and discard. Well it's been 15 minutes and the water flow is stuck, it's just pooled inside the pouring tank after the 2nd fill. What is this nonsense??? Only reason it gets 2 stars is because I like that it's local brand, that's it so far!
