Delayed several time Package #2: called 1 time to get unit number, buzzer code then refuse to drop off the package in front of my door because they need signature. 2nd attempt to delivery did not ask for signature then drop off at the wrong unit number 7 floors above. Great job!

They suppose to delive a 4 box package bed set on a saturday so I sold my existing bed to make room for the new one. They deliver on Tuesday 3 out of 4 box. The 4th was the matress. I keep calling every day to track and they keep tellign me that is on the truck for delivery but at the end of the day they say that they could not deliver due to wheather condition on my area. FYI it was sunny. Almost a week after they suppose to deliver I'm still waiting adn sleeping on the sofa
J	Joe Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management doesn't take ownership of issues and will tell you excuses that if testing validity of these excuses with facts will just hang up on you. Drivers are pleasant and seem to be trying the best with a company that doesn't give enough resources to give better service. Currently have two missing in action items and the two items I have received have been very difficult to get on time even with all times of attempt delivery I have been available and home availability even going ahead and contacting customer service to give a clear and thorough contact number and buzzer and then reconfirmed. Seems like a company that promises alot including accurate ETA when you get the tracking but come to day of delivery that guarantee goes away and a open till end of day or weather conditions exempt will show up on tracking instead. Canada Post has been able to deliver even the cheapest of services on time with no delays unless you fall in the area of service that has actually been affected which has curbed almost all issues that have with the recent natural disaster. So using weather as an excuse when you have the product/item on a day that had no rain or snow and was clear for the season seems like an excuse not valid and was given no examples of why it has affected the company other then it's bottom line as they are having to use modes of transportation that might be more expensive to get to this ground station.
R	Raymond Gomez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless and incompetent courier, my package was on the truck on it’s way for delivery for 5 days, they texted attempted delivery but no fedex showed up ever. They won’t even allow me to pick up on the station as the truck is always out for delivery with my package inside, and when you has enough missing work and waiting for the delivery, they are closed on the weekend telling you to wait for the delivery on Monday, and the wait goes on. Fedex drivers are LIARS. Don’t use fedex.
R	Reanne Cameron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! I ordered two 55lb dumbbells (2 packages) that were being delivered Fedex freight (because they are heavy). They tried to deliver the first time and I wasn't home (Ok, no big deal) and left a sticker on my door that they will re try again. Rescheduled for the following day, never came. Rescheduled again for the next day, checked the status and said delivery attempted (I WAS HOME!) AFTER I called 10 times and told them to leave it at my door. I talked to 3 people who told me they could leave it at my door if I'm not home. Next day I called again and someone else told me that was false information and they cannot leave it at the door if i'm not home. Finally, I told them to ship it to my nearest depot. I went to pick up it, ONE package was there. The other package they tried AGAIN to deliver to my house (no one home) the same day when I told them to leave it at the depot. Why on earth was one package shipped to FedEx depot and the other they tried to deliver to my house the same day??!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!

The other order is being delivered by FEDEX and it's been two days without any updates on their tracking system. I will be surprised if I even see my ordered delivered.
B	Benoit Blanc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You had 1 job. Deliver the package to the apartment on the shipping label. Your mission, you chose not to accept. Your mystical, magical delivery driver "attempted delivery" 3 times without being caught on our security camera and without buzzing the apartment building (it goes to a cell phone and there was no missed call). The package was sadly sent on its way back to the origin since "customer not available/business closed" although that's not true. A tired mother and cub sat at home waiting patiently while the FedEx "The Invisible Man" Driver did not show up. When the package finally arrived outside of the apartment building (4 weeks late) the "delivery driver" avoided once again delivering the package to the apartment. Luckily, the driver must have accidentally dropped the package in the lobby and it was too heavy for Mr. Invisible to lift so it was left there. A few hours later, mother and cub saw the package and brought out the handy dolly! The dolly that saved the day, the only way to move the heavy package. Fortunately this mother and cub are able to walk. Not every human being is able to walk, but Ableism is rampant with FedEx drivers. I am confident that FedEx drivers know how to drive, but the delivery part must be a bit taxing on the brain.
A	Antonio Vidal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the package was delayed one week Told me they couldn't deliver a package because it was on a pallet and it was noted that it should not be removed from the pallet. Had to drive an hour to pick up. When I picked up, package was on its side and came off the pallet. It's a very expensive espresso machine clearly marked fragile and handle with care. They didn't even bother to check my ID. Absolute disaster of a delivery company. Why accept the package in the first place if you can't deliver??
