★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is very unorganized and understaffed. They have cost me an extra 105 dollars due to their neglect. Within four hours; I had called over 6 times letting it ring and ring and ring and ring- and not one pick up - you would think I was trying to call God. For such a large company, does only 1 person work there? If I could give 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! Have been trying to pick up my container for over a week but kept being told it was not picked up from ports. I drove to Simard location to pay my Dock fee as i called to speed up my process anyway I can and was told by some customer representative to come in to pay the dock fee. I paid the dock fee and was told at window i owe $140 for storage and the container has arrived but not unloaded and that it has been in there yard for 9 days. None of there staff had answers when i asked why it was not unloaded within 5 days free storage they closed the service window on me rudely and aggressive and called this so called customer service manager rav. Awful woman who knows nothing about customer service her answer to why i wasn’t informed container was in yard and not unloaded for pickup was they have other priorities. This company has lots of hidden fees they dont care for customers and will try to take any extra dollar out your wallet. Do not do buisness with this scam of a company unless you enjoy getting your cargo late and paying them a few extra hundred dollars for bad service. I hope they change management as its clueless inside this location.

I have gone from Mexico to the ice roads, and the shipping here is the worst in North America,, at what I have seen,, only been here 3 time and all visits the same... This terminal is a joke, and management should be replaced,,, as well as shippers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drivers don’t know how to read English. And disobey the rules of life. No courtesy for other people. Parking at the pumps while they leave and go to the washroom or restaurant and block the area so other drivers can’t pull in to fuel.
