★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a phaff sewing machine here a couple months ago. From the beginning I had concerns. The owner (I think) wasn't very friendly and tried to sell me the floor model at the same price. I said no, so he went and got one that was in the box that he was holding for someone who hadn't even paid for it. This is a $900 machine. I had trouble with it from the minute I started using it. The botton hole setting didn't work at all. The machine kept jamming. I took it back in, was able to get a loaner but when I picked it up I had to pay for the repairs because they "weren't convered by warranty" a brand new machine that didn't work wasn't covered by warranty?? I paid it but I'll never go back. I'm not going to say it was racism directly, but I'm not blonde haired and blue eyed, but suspect that if I was I'd have been treated better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great quilt shop and the owner is very friendly. I went twice while visiting family in Winkler and was amazed by the choice of material and the many projects that were displayed. The store is bright and beautiful. My husband was also very happy to find a sofa, a TV and a coffee machine.

I love how they have already put together packages for projects for people like myself who lack enough imagination and inspiration to put together different stuff. They also have a great selection on different machines. Overall had a great experience and will definitely be coming by more often!

Super helpful, and much better at math than I am, they'll help you calculate exactly what you need for whatever pattern you're making. Amazing selection of fabrics and quilt patterns. Also a HUGE shout out for the fastest deliveries I've ever had. This shop got me through covid shut down, and now everyone I love is wrapping themselves in beautiful quilts for the winter ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I heard about this place before I ever went. I was surprised to hear a co-worker in Winnipeg saying they are going to shop in Winkler and Morden and make a weekend trip out of it. For what I asked? quilting she said. fast forward 4 years and I finally got into quilting myself. and even though there are fabric stores in Winnipeg there are like two quilting stores and only one carries pre-cuts maybe a few in stock at another. So this was heaven walking in. there was tables of pre-cuts and the latest fabric lines. Modern and traditional selections. Helpful staff and options to tune up machines and buy. in store fat quarters and more. they are right on point with any prices. this is not a outlet like fabric land this is the whole current lines supporting big names and up in coming talents. All i know is that beautiful projects will come out of this place and I'll always go back.
