★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the 2nd time I had taken my car to Arbor. They are fantastic! I met the owner who has been there for over 40 years (he's 79) and he was great to talk with. They also cleaned my car inside and out (which I wasn't expecting) and picked me up when it was ready. (the owner came to get me) I would HIGHLY recommend Arbor and will defiantly be back if I ever need more work. A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has had bodywork done by Arbor for the last 20 years. 4 different vehicles and 6-7 different repairs. 2 of my friends have taken their cars to Arbor. In all cases, the service has been great, the quality of the work has been excellent and the price has been more than reasonable. The owner, Felice, really puts his heart into the business. Operating a body shop isn't easy but these folks do a masterful job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was only out done by the friendly and helpful staff. Fast, efficient, provided us a courtesy car and the whole thing done in 2 days!!
Also, First time in my life ... and I've lived a long one, where a sales person (in this case the owner) told us that we needed to replace our rear hatch because any repairs they could do wouldn't last. The repairs they did do were fast and perfect, maybe even fixing something that wasn't part of our ICBC hit and run claim.
There is a reason why this guy has been the owner operator of a successful business for the past 40+ years. Thank you Felice and staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop to deal with, and quality work. My bumper replacement was done on time and as quoted....no hidden fees. They also went above and beyond and buffed out a scratch along the body of my truck at no cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every one in this shop is helpful and super friendly. We have the bolts in license plate mount failing. As a consequence, we can not get the old plates out and install new license plates. Several body shop refused to help (since this work does not earn them money). Arbor shop happily helped us and charged us nothing for hard work more than an hour. Everyone in the shop treat people with delightful true hearts. I will definitely go back to Arbor if I ever need some more work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never post reviews but had to take time to do so. The quality of work was exceptional. I have brought my black vehicle to another shop in new west right across key west won’t mention name. But they had hard time matching paint. In sunlight you can tell the difference. I brought to Arbor Ron and his team did an awesome job the first time. Also not using ICBC they gave me a price but when work was done it was a lot cheaper. Also the mechanical work they contract to does a great job also. It has been one month and with my damage taking 3 months to do I have had no issues at all. I have read the negative reviews and the comment about owner is false they guy is a retired older man. Hard of hearing and has hard time communicating but that is just him. The quality of work done by this shop speaks for itself. I think the expression a diamond in the rough applies. I have gone to places that look hi tech and advanced but quality and workmanship is poor. Arbor especially Ron and the team knows what is quality work. I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Andrea is a great receptionist too. Lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was only quoting in different places including this place. Without my authorization they submitted the claim to ICBC. BTW I was planning to go with other place as Arbor Body Shop was much more expensive. So when I tried to start the work in another place they noticed that my claim was already submitted by Arbor. I don’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with an unusual request: please help remove the swing-out bike rack rusted to the trailer hitch. I had already been to a bike rack shop and another repair shop who both refused to touch it. The team at Arbor Body had the rack removed in <3 minutes. Super nice, knowledgeable, inventive and the price was right.
