Paid for an extremely rare part they had in inventory and 2 stickers on the 30th. Waited 2 days and it still hadnt shipped. Called and asked them what was going on and they said they were trying to find the stickers, but they guaranteed me they had the rare part ready to go. Waited a couple more days. Called again to check on the order. Guy that picked up the phone said they would call me back asap. Never got a call back. Waited until the 7th and they randomly sent a refund saying the part was damaged. I never got any email notification from them about this. Today, on the 8th of Jan, I called them because I hadnt seen the refund reflect on my account and hadnt had any notification of it. I didnt know they had issued a refund, so I was calling to check the order status for the 3rd time. They tell me this rare ARC titanium plate i ordered was too bent to sell. I told them I would buy it anyways and repair it. They refused over and over all 4 or 5 times i asked. I suspect they never had it in stock. I had asked for pictures of the product via email and never got them since the day before I ordered the part. Bad communication from, them and complete waste of my time. Have to wonder if I would have got my money back had I not have used Paypal.

In regards to PUROLATOR, they were not available during the specific listed hours of operation. Call ahead to find out if they are there or waste your time. Can't speak to the other businesses located here.

Worst customer service I've dealt with in a while. If you need something shipped urgently, DO NOT rely on these guys to manage your shipping. I had something that I urgently needed shipped overnight to Calgary. I even paid the premium to ensure that the shipment went out same day. The following day, I get a call from my client claiming the shipment did not arrive and when he checked with the tracking number, it showed that the package was still sitting at FedEX because it was only picked up the day it was meant to arrive. So began an arduous process of calling back and forth between FedEx and these guys and the blame game. In the end, the shipment arrived a day later and from my end, it is absolutely unfair that I should have to pay a premium for overnight if they decide to hold my package for a day. Regardless of who screwed up, the customer should not be paying the price for their mistakes. I still have not received an adjustment to the priority shipping and while it may only be a $10-$15 different, it is the principle of the matter. I called back to these guys repeatedly and keep getting told that the girl who handles the Fedex is either away from work or too busy to deal with this. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of these guys. Find a more reputable place to handle your shipments.

Product said it was delivered here on Tuesday, checked Tuesday and Wednesday. Called in today to see if the package was there as an employee recommended us to do before. Another employee picked up and I had the worst customer experience ever. I am usually not one to complain and especially not one to write a review, but the employee in the store was one of the most rude people I have ever met. He began the call with a rushed tone, I figured it was busy or he had a bad day, I didn't mind. When I told him I was calling about a package that should have been delivered there he told me to check the tracking number (in a quite exasperated tone) which I did and I told him I did. He then proceeded to tell me that he doesn't want to go looking for the package as there are a "lot" of packages there already and he didn't want to "dig through" them. I went there on Tuesday and Wednesday, and unless there were a sudden influx, there are not that many packages, maybe 10-15 that would take 2 or 3 minutes to check the last name. He then asks for the last name, I tell him and he told me that the person already called in 15 minutes ago asking for it, I did not know this and that was my bad. But that does not deserve such a condescending and arrogant tone on the phone. He then goes to berate the other employee on why she always tells people that they can call to see if there is a package available, as if they manage such a busy place. This interaction has soured my taste on customer interaction. Even my other bad experiences seem like angelic, out of world, euphoric states compared to this one I had with this employee.

This place doesn't seem to exist. Go to the Penny Auto place next-door instead. Especially if you are picking up Purolator packages or FedEx
