Nice location, the price for premium gas is always cheaper than surrounding gas stations plus there is ATM machine which is very convenient when the banks are 10mins far from there

The employee were very unprofessional. One was Aman and the other was manpreet. They said they don't understand English and told me to pay and go from here. I will never. Is it the Chevron again in my life.

How people who are unable to speak a lick of english keep getting jobs in the customer service industry in Vancouver, continually blows my mind. I understand that english isn't the easiest language to learn, but the fact that someone would hire you anyway, just ellucidates one of the biggest issues in the lower mainland. I literally paid for coffee that I brought into the store, from home, in a travel mug, because the cashier did not speak ANY english at all and didn't have the time to argue or try to draw a picture for the guy... Theres tons of gas stations on marine Drive....go to anyone OTHER than this Chevron.

waited at counter of triple 0's for 10 minutes. No one came to serve me only 1 person working drive thru. If your going to put a restaurant in your location have enough staff to run it. Lost my business

Ridiculously busy station. Station sign and pricing is intentionally obscured. Staff at White Spot concession are usually nice.

The clerk took the money for full serve and two employees both Brown East Indian hVing a conversation Nd the store is not realy busy and no one came out to help or fill the gas. When I returned inside I was told that the transaction was cNcelled and I have to repay and again they did not honor the full serve. The guy name karan said due to covid the full serve is not in effect so why are they charging full serve price. Both the staff karan and and a girl were arguing and I am going to take further action now

The employee Richard (older male Filipino man) turned off my pump before I could complete the transaction because he said there was a shift change and he wanted to go home early. I asked for my receipt and, at first ,he accused me of not knowing how to operate the pump. When his co-worker tried to print the receipt and couldn't produce it, Richard said we can't help you. When I said I needed the receipt for business purposes, Richard said, "It's ok, you don't need it. It's not important!" He then later changed his story and told me he saw me pumping gas and decided to shut off the pump because he wanted to go home early and assumed I didn't need a receipt. He told me to come back tomorrow and get the receipt without any details on when to come back and who to talk to. It was obvious, he was thinking if the customer goes away, the problem will disappear. The thing that bothered me the most was his attitude. He NEVER once tried to help the situation or be apologetic. He was just like, yeah, not my problem. I have NEVER met an employee who cared less for their customers. Be careful when dealing with him.
