β β β β β receptionist was so busy telling me they couldnt help me because i dont know my medical number i had to ask 4 times how to figure out what my number is even after repeatedly stating i was born in bc at a hospital

β β β β β If you choose to come here, wait to see Dr.Takharlal. He's definitely one of the best doctors in the lower mainland. He asks questions and gets to the bottom of the issue and writes the correct prescription everytime. Don't bother seeing any other doctor here. Call beforehand to find out which doctor is in and book your appointment with Dr.Takharlal. Kamal at the reception was so pleasant to deal with today. She went above and beyond to help us get a phone appointment with Dr.Takharlal, then was so patient with me with getting my twin daughters prescription to the pharmacy. She even called me back later to confirm if the pharmacy received the faxed prescriptions.

β β β β β Terrible professionalism. The doctor tried to prescribe me medication that has been discontinued. He then told me he would call me back with an updated prescription but never followed up. I would recommend going to a more professional clinic that is committed to providing you quality health care.

β β β β β Don't waste your time with this clinic.
My phone 'appointment' lasted exactly 36 seconds. Dr. Thakorlal didn't bother asking me any questions about my symptoms or medical history and not surprisingly, misdiagnosed me.
When I followed up by email, letting them know it was an incorrect diagnosis that unnecessarily prolonged my pain and discomfort, I never heard back. Just go elsewhere.

They refuse to see patients in their clinic. Instead they ask you to take photos of you and your body and send them over email (a free Gmail account without any mutual agreement with Google about data protection). They do not respect federal and provincial privacy acts by not having a secure tele-medicine infrastructure. Moreover, they are forcefully demanding patients to receive and send their medical information over an ordinary Gmail account without asking their consent. The medical information is sensitive and can be leaked in this way. I discussed this with the doctor over the phone and he refused to listen, understand and take action.

β β β β β This is the worst clinics Iβve been to. But I keep going back to them when my back is against the wall. Dr. Pereya is one of the worst doctors Iβve ever come across. She has never helped me resolve an issue. Ever. Her approach is always to do whatever is easiest for her. She should not be a doctor. She does not appear to enjoy what she does, nor does she care about people.
Dr Lam is also terrible. I had bronchitis once and his answer was to buy a nasal spray. My family doctor detected bronchitis immediately and I was on antibiotics the same day.
And the receptionist - they ask you such personal questions over the phone while booking appointments. Is this even legal? What happened to doctor patient confidentially? I am actually going to report this practice.
Thank goodness we have virtual doctors now. I am absolutely done with this clinic!
