Their shoes has no price tag, overpriced and they don't issue receipt. The owner husband and wife are crooks.

Had to wait 45 minutes to just pick up my orthotics, should be better when it comes to customer service. Literally waited 45 minutes. Took all but 1 minute to hand me my orthotics. Should acknowledge customers when they walk in the door and their purpose for visiting, there was plenty of times to do so. Also sent me to visit podiatrist they recommended me to on fraser street which costs 85 bux which they tell you, you will get back, but it comes out of your benefits bank, its not just free. I called and asked my benefits provider directly if my doctors prescription for orthotics can be used to provide the benefits coverage for the custom orthotics. My benefits provider said YES, I even sent a copy of my prescription from my doctor and they said it will be accepted. When I went to Bionova, they said, no, this prescription is not going to be accepted and that I need to go see the podiatrist they recommended on fraser street or another podiatrist for "biomechanics" of my feet. So I went to the fraser street podiatrist. I walked into the podiatrist's office and he asked me to take off my shoes and stand up, he looked at my feet and wrote a few notes on a piece of paper and said give this to bionova. I was in and out within 5 minutes. No machine or testing or measuring my feet or anything for biomechanics, just a quick visual look at my feet. Went back to bionova and got my feet sunk into the foam and picked up my insoles 2 weeks later. I checked with a few other orthotics shops and they both said that a doctors prescription for custom orthotics will be good enough for the purchase of benefits covered custom insoles. Just writing this to let people know my experience if they decide to get their custom insoles at Bionova.

I've had issues finding orthotic providers who can understand my problems and offer me proper orthotics. Bionova orthotics have always been able to know what I need. I highly recommend this place!

Very poor customer service. Called one week to confirm if they have plantar fasciitis shoes, the lady said that they do. Called again this week and a Man (owner) picked up. He was very short and rude and declared that plantar fasciitis shoes does not exist. 0/10, unhelpful and poor phone skills.

I've had a hard time finding an orthotic provider that understands what I need and offers good service at reasonable prices. Thankfully Bionova has been able to consistently provide me with the proper help I need!

I have been buying my orthotics for the past 3 years from Bionova and I always find quality medical supplies there! They are quite busy sometimes because it's a very popular store. Otherwise it's great.
