B	Bonnie Fairful on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly helpful staff and the Doctor was excellent. Frequently refer friends to this clinic. You may have to wait a bit for your appointment time, but that is representative of a good doctor who takes the time to treat patients.
K	Keira Lane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to this clinic in 2016 because of their hours (they are open evenings and weekends) and the fact that appointments could be booked online. 5 years later and I'm still going to them. I have found all the doctors I've interacted with at this clinic to be very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. For the longest time Dr. Sturwold was my go-to doctor at the clinic and now that she is on leave, I've started seeing Dr. Wang and he is just as helpful and professional. The clinic's online presence has only gotten better during the pandemic and now common prescriptions can be refilled online which is very convenient.
L	Liam Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor was wearing designer clothes, I don't think status symbols are appropriate for doctors to flex. They are here to help us, not show off their high income/flashy style. SECONDLY AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, they looked at my prescription, handed me a new one, and it was wrong. They only gave me 1/4 of my standard prescription, and only gave me a single weeks worth. Yes, you read that right, my doctor gave me enough pills for 1 3/4 days of medication. This wouldn't have been a problem if it didn't take me 10 phone calls just to get in the room. It all seems like a bad joke where the punchline is my doctor is not just uncaring and unobservant, but incredibly successful based off of their expensive clothes. It's incredible! It's baffling! Am I flummoxed? Yes! Are these professionals? Not really! Do I recommend this clinic? Only to people I don't like! Vancouver has dozens of clinics which have higher ratings, use one of them! Vancouver also has dozens of clinics which charge less than FIFTY DOLLARS for late cancellation and less than ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a sick note, use one of them! Only reason this isn't a 1 star rating is that surprisingly I have had worse experiences with Canada's incredible* free and accessible* healthcare system. P.s.I should say, have also had many positive experiences with the Canadian healthcare system, but never at the South Vancouver Medical Clinic. * Not Also not * Absolutely not
H	Harman B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a phone consultation. Never received a call or any warning. I could have made other plans. They are strict with their cancelation policy, but you know punctuality works both ways. Only heard good things about Dr. BUDAI, I hope he opens his own clinic one day and set a good example how Healthcare should be. No wonder more and more people are distrustful against the health industry, because of clinics like these. No standards, no respect or any care for the poor people. Healthcare was and always will be for the rich. Us have to deal with incompetent health care providers like these. Hopefully Change comes soon, until then the ill and senior population will suffer.
L	Linh Pham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Dr. Budai, Kathy, and the nice receptionist who I didn't grab the name of for helping me today. :) Everyone was super friendly and was quick to assist even though they were obviously very busy at the clinic. They also have a very efficient booking system online and there was virtually no wait-time for the whole visit. Thanks again guys!
Y	YR- Beezy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible. I know it’s a convenient location for the South Van community, however I do not recommend attending this place. They treat you like a number not a patient, they want you out of the door as soon as possible. I injured my foot badly and needed a note for time off work. Dr. Buddai did not even look at me, stared at the computer the whole time and told me to “take it easy at work” and left the room in a hurry. Did not even listen to what I do for a living and how this injury would affect my health. I went to a different clinic for a second opinion and after looking at my foot they had quite the opposite reaction. Suggested I go for x-rays immediately and not go to work until my foot is healed. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
S	Sophie Bainbridge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a dreadful experience with Dr. Kilian, she spoke to me so rudely - I was in shock and wanted to cry when I left. I went in to ask for a health physical for a work trip and she said she couldn't do it because she wasn't my family doctor. Fine I get that, if she didn't feel comfortable. But the way she talked to me and grabbed the forms out my hand, you'd think I'd gone in there demanding the world. I honestly have not been snapped and talked down to like that for so long, especially as I was polite and clearly explained my situation. There's a way to communicate things nicely and Dr. Kilian certainly did not. I get so angry when people in positions of power in the community treat people like this, which is why I left this review. I don't want anyone else to have to be treated the way I was today. As I side note I talked to the receptionist as I left and she was lovely. So the clinic may be totally fine, but recommend booking with another doctor who will treat you with the respect you deserve.
J	Jenna's Craft Corner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone here a few times in the past and sometimes the wait can be long but the doctors are usually good and you can book appointments online. Well after my experience yesterday I won't be coming back. I was turned away due to having a sore throat even though I had tested negative, which fine I understand and they said the doctor would call. Well I had just gotten home and I just missed the call. I tried calling back but they don't accept phone calls, only emails. So I emailed them multiple times yesterday and now it's the next day and I still haven't received a response. What terrible service, what clinic doesn't accept phone calls??? This is a joke of a system. I have since found another clinic and WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this one. I urge you to go elsewhere.
