I don't want to be rude and I don't usually like to leave negative reviews but this place is very... Challenging, I'll say. I haven't had much of a problem at the counter or with wait times, but the first few times I filled a prescription they kept forgetting or failing to bill my extended benefits. Annoying but not awful. My biggest challenge is refills. The phone number currently printed on the bottles is incorrect. The phone number listed on Google is also wrong. Even the automated system you get when you call Superstore sends you to the wrong number. I had to get someone at the customer service desk to tell me the number, hang up, and redial it directly. I picked this pharmacy because I recently moved nearby and I usually get my groceries at Superstore, so this seemed like an easy decision. How could it be less convenient than driving 25 minutes across town to my old pharmacy near my old apartment? Superstore accepted my challenge and exceeded my expectations.

Went to get prescription eye drops for my eye that was swelling a little bit. I asked the lady receptionist how much it will cost approximately and the lady couldn't answer because she cant remember the price off the top of her head and brushed it off. Alright, she was a little rude, but okay. 30+ minutes later I came back to pick it up. I was supposed to receive 5ml of the solution, but was given 10ml. I did research after that to find out that the company manufacturing the solution either stopped or did not manufacture the 5ml solution. I understand that it's not the pharmacy's fault, but I just find it unfair to be charged for a higher dosage than what I was anticipating and prescribed and not be told about it when picking it up. Only to find out when getting home.

Very rude and indifferent Pharmacy staff. I went in to pick up an RX, which I dropped off several days prior. They had to order the medication and told me it would be available in 2 days. To be sure, I went to pick it up 5 days later. The rude staff member then told me " oh we didn't order it, check back later". Excuse me but I do have a life outside of constantly running in and out of a pharmacy to pick up my now week old RX! It would have nice if she offered an apology for my inconvenience, or asked if I'd be interested in delivery to save me a 3rd trip into the store, but the only sound that came out of her mouth was "next", clearly indicating that she couldn't care less about the customers she is paid to serve, and hated her job.

This place is brutal. Waiting in 3 different line ups. Pay here, wait here, pay again, wait for counseling. 30+ minutes to get prescriptions I called in days ago.

Honestly, I don’t know why I came back here again. The service never improves. It’s slow, the staff is not friendly, and I just get so frustrated. The placement is convenient, but I’d rather just drive further to Shopper’s.

The one star is because I can grocery shop while waiting. I doesn’t matter if you call for refills the day before, they will make you wait. They say it will be ready in the morning and you arrive in the evening, they will make you wait. They tell you to come back in 1 hour and you come back in 2 hours, they will make you wait. I have no idea what why they consistently miss the mark

It's my first time to go this pharmacy and it was terrible. When I drop my prescription, Darison helped me but she was very rude and disrespect the customer. She think queen of the pharmacy or something. And she told me will be ready after 35min then when I pick up my staff they are not ready. I was waiting extra 1 hour..... Can you please hire good manger here?

Unfortunately I have to go here because it’s the closest pharmacy for me. There is an issue with me and my prescription EVERY SINGLE TIME. I need the same meds every couple of months for the past 5 years and by no means is it a complicated prescription. Excuses they have given me: You are not in the file, we didn’t receive your prescription, we don’t carry that drug, we need to confirm with the doctor, we need to consult the senior pharmacist. I have ti wait many times more than an hour, come back repeatedly, and deal with very rude staff. I always feel so bad going here. My last experience a month ago was brutal. I had to pick my prescription within the day so I went after work and 45 before the pharmacy closing time. The staff were so rude and frazzled because they wanted to close. I respect your time and I even said thank you. What I got was rude treatment. Was told that they couldn’t find me in the system. Then said they didn’t get the prescription. Then said to wait. Finally othe staff just put the bag on the counter, put the receipt on the bag and walked away. It was half hour before closing time. Pharmacies are supposed to be there for you and your urgent medical needs.
