C	Catherine Holmen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super long waits... often much longer than they estimate when they tell you. When I finally found a family doctor, this place charged me a huge amount of money to transfer my records. For 2 mins of work at a photocopier. Not worth it.
N	Nish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic I have been too. I paid 200$ for the doctor to say go home and have Advil 4 times a day. Really? Are you kidding me? The doctor was like just have Advil for the back pain, no explanation or referring to a specialist. Stay off this place and go see a better doctor who actually care about what they do.

I was in so much pain, so the lady in the front lets me into a doctors office, and there I probably waited another 20 minutes or half an hour. Doctor comes by, doesn’t even listen to all my symptoms and gives me an antacid and something else for stomach cramps and tells me to go to the hospital y I’m in too much pain. The consultation wasn’t even over 5 minutes. Then I go to two pharmacies, and they both tell me that he stomach cramp medicine is not available. The second pharmacist told me it was a lab issue and they didn’t expect to have the medicine until December. I wasted three hours of my life and accomplished nothing thanks to crappy service. Thanks for wasting my time.
J	Jbee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why people are so furious about the waiting time. It was half an hour for me, that is absolutely fine in my opinion. If people don't want to wait, they can book an appointment in exchange for a fee, so you've got the choice. The lady at the front desk was polite and patient with me since I've never been to a doctor in Canada before. The doctor was very attentive and nice. He answered all my questions and took his time for me but also he knew what to do and he was really professional. My experience was absolutely fine.
C	Chris Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for 9:50 online, got there 10 minutes ahead of time, and then proceeded to wait until close to 10:20 to actually see a doctor. The person before me had an appointment for 9:40 and also had to wait 30 minutes. Then, once I actually saw the doctor, it felt like he was trying to do the bare minimum so that he can get to the next patient. Like I get that there's others waiting, but I shouldn't be punished for their misscheduling.
M	Mason and Jessica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edited to add: I added on more stars because Dr. Lee was great. He even remembered me from 3 years ago! I arrived and was told to use a computer to sign in. I then asked how long I would wait (computer didn’t say). I was told 1hr. It was 2hrs in the end. While waiting, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told to go downstairs and use the bathroom in Superstore. I think it’d be better off going to emerg to be honest with how long I waited for.

N	Nathan Unruh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in because my eye was red, swollen, and irritated similar to pink eye. Doctor took a 30 second look at my eye and prescribed me an antibiotic eye drop. He didn't even tell me what I had or why I had it, and gave me no advice other than to use the eye drops. 2 days later my eye was not getting better, so I went to a different eye doctor. He examined my eye and found there was a piece of metal stuck in it, which had scratched my cornea. He removed the metal and put a contact in to heal it. Had I followed this first clinics advice I would have never healed and possibly done further damage to my eye.
