Our History
Welcome to Hometown Ford!
We have been a family-owned dealership since 1955. We started out in a small garage on Mountain Avenue. In 1976, we moved to our current location on Memorial Drive. With a growing community and staff, we have expanded our buildings a few times to better serve you.
Today, our dealership is owned and operated by the third and fourth-generation Derksens. Alvin, Ron, Bob, Brian, Heather & Carl. All are actively involved.

Ordered the truck, and kept us up to date every step of the way as it was getting built. The entire staff at Hometown was always full of positivity and definitely kept a happy atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service I received at hometown was exceptional , from the moment I walked in I was greeted in a courteous manner with the owner Brian Derksen remembering who I was after 3 years ago when my son purchased a vehicle from Hometown Ford.. Most dealerships forget your name the moment you bring your vehicle back for warranty. The workmanship was done properly and came in cheaper than the original estimate , considerably cheaper. I am very please with Hometown Ford and watch there lot on there website for any newer vehicles I may want to purchase or trade up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always come to Hometown for service jobs. Sucks that prices are always going up, but after my last service job I was unimpressed. Check engine light came on but Hometown came to fix the issue as it was something they did and they didn't put my KM for my next service job, just how many KM it was at when serviced. As time goes on, it gets increasingly worse for quality by them. Debating whether or not to come back at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have dealt with hometown for the past 15 years. We love there honesty and care they give us. Their staff is awesome, friendly, kind, pleasant…. Sometimes when I wait in there lobby for an oil change, some of the staff that I don’t have anything to do with will ask if I would like coffee or whatever. Everyone makes sure you are well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my truck in a few times here. I've had a transmission service done, spark plugs replaced, windshield replaced, and power windows repaired. They were always able to quote me an accurate price and take the time to explain the problem and steps needed to rectify it. They are able to get things done in the time allotted. I always feel respected and listened to when I go here. They look for other problems on my truck and make me aware. The mechanics here seem to know how to fix things properly the first time. I would recommend taking your vehicle here
