★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a radiator worth 219.07$ from one of the salesman (asian guy) it was frustrating that he has to let me repeat how to pronounce RADIATOR (5 * ) when he turn back to grab the radiator you can hear how hard he laugh,yes im immigrant,what about him?(RACIST) because his english sounds canadian. I went back to the shop and tell to my fellows and also at my work in CITY OF RICHmOND (BSW worker )not to buy at LORDCO richmond anymore if you dont sounds canadian they will make fun on you. at NAPA richmond i never experience it. people there are polite.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today to get a new wiper blades for my Honda Civic 2010. I know nothing about cars or how to change them. Their guy James was so helpful. He helped me get the right blades and taught me how to uninstall and install them. Very friendly and patient. I highly recommend this place.

Low quality Customer service.
Echange and returning police ridicules.
Manager need some training.
Not returning.
Short stock not complete.
Missing parts.
You loose your time and money.
If you buy here you will be spent money for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great costumer service, very knowledgeable staff. Some of the guys there are really willing to go the extra mile to find rare items or maybe less common parts specific to your car. For years Dave at Lordco in Richmond is delivering above and beyond costumer service to clients in need. Great all around service at this location, and I recommend Lordco, Richmond location to all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT buy automotive paint here. Go to Concept Finishes. They gave me a can for my VW and it was such a bad match. After they claimed there was over 100 variants and could not match it. I ended up having to sand off all the paint (which was difficult to do), and ended up having to respray my whole hatch which was supposed to be a touch up job. At one point one of the reps said because it was probably how I sprayed or in the weather. Yet, the cans I got from Concept Finishes was a perfect match and they said it was standard colour, not a variant. I even brought a gas cap for matching and they said the closest match they had was a weak match for a Hyundai. Very frustrating.
