l	lexie glowa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend had ask if they had this certain cable that was similar to the one she was holding. She knows she needs that type of cable for her set up. I'm assuming he was a senior staff (idk if he was a manager.) He didn't know what she was talking about at first and explained to him twice on what she means and needs. Then he treated her like she is dumb. As if she didn't know what she was talking about. He said that she didn't need that special cable and it's simple. She just needs one male end to put in one port."It's simple" he said. Kept on saying you know what a microphone is right? He was really rude. We both agreed that if he would of said "sorry we don't have that item in stock here." We totally get it. He didn't have to act like a smart ass. At least our cashier was sort of nice but it seemed like they don't care about there jobs. Not coming back to this location.
R	Rebecca L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found most of the things I needed but I wanted to find a specific product that are audio cords with two male heads and one female head and the guy to answer my question decided it was good customer service to tell me "if it's all in one, you don't need this, do you understand what I mean?" As if I needed to be told this. I felt like he deemed me unintelligent and try to stress his point. Totally unnecessary and rude. If they didn't carry this product, I'd understand as it is a very uncommon product to find on shelves and can be found online. I didn't need to be told that they didn't carry it and that it isn't necessary for me. I'm the one who needs it, not you. It was just a simple yes or no question.

l	lakshay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to get my DHL express order yesterday the store associate her name is NIKI her behaviour was very rude nd she was continuously talking with other associate for 5-6 minutes. After requesting 5-6 times she came and speak very rudely. So i let go because sometimes it happens. Again i went there for my order she was way too rude today too idk if you guys don’t wanna work then don’t come sister.At last she asked me for id and i showed it to her and she replied ‘is it you it doesn’t seems it’s you’ in a cery wrong way.. ?
I	I Hernandez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great office store with wide variety of computers and accessories, ink, organising stuff, etc. Prices are a little higher than they are for similar products elsewhere, but they have quality products and stores are very inviting and clean.

S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with many reviews. Employees don’t seem to understand what general customer service is about. They don’t seem to want to be there. Moreover, sadly, hygiene is a factor too. Lastly, if you have Apple products that are Open Box, then label and indicate as such, on website (like Best Buy). Don’t make customers drive to your store without such clarity. Further, maybe offer some level of discount for open box, who doesn’t? Why would anyone pay for something that’s been possibly used and returned, especially with technology, for the same price as BNIB? Come on Staples… you are too big and too established to not care about comments / reviews such as this and others listed.
K	Ken Hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw a desk lamp I liked but I wanted to see it’s brightness before I buy. Took the box to a cashier. She kindly went all the way to the display rack, took the display item, and searched for an outlet to plug in. I was happy with the brightness so I bought the item. NISHA the cashier was polite and she went over her duty in order to help me. She is one good ambassador for Staples. April 23, 2022
