This branch doesn't care about their customers. I bought a sofa and love seat set in 2017 and I paid for maintenance almost 200$ to Leon's. In 2021 we contacted service company to come to clean stains from our sofa. They denied to come and do cleaning and just sent us a small box containing detergent. I called to Leon's many times and went there hoping that they will solve the issue. But they told us that they will follow up. We waited and waited but no one contacted us. At last I cleaned the sofa by myself with our detergent. I went to Leon's and asked them to refund me. As there is no point for paying when we don't receive any service. I talked with "Chatna",office manager, she told me to show her documents that we contacted to cleaning company. I showed her email with photos of sofa that needed cleaning, so she referred us to store manager Harry Zhang. And she told me that they will call me on Monday. I waited and waited but no one contacted us again. I emailed Harry about this issue but he didn't get back to me. After 3 days I left my job again and went there, at last I met him and he told me that we don't have refund policy. I told him that I paid for maintenance but I didn't receive anything for service. It supposed to have 5 years warranty. At last I found this place very DISHONEST, NO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, IRRESPONSIBLE. They PRETEND that they care but the only thing that they do just get rid of claims. They put lots of signs of 5 star on the counter but their attitude deserves "ZERO STAR ". If customer service, aftercare and warranty is important for you don't go there.

Tasser took very good care of us. We were shopping for a single Occasional Chair and he took us all around the showroom. He wasn’t pushy at all. He made us feel welcome and he really wanted us to take our time and find the perfect Chair. We did! It’s being delivered this afternoon. We paid a fair price for the Chair and for the delivery. What a great selection they have. This was about the 5th Store we visited and they had the best selection and price.

We causally came into Leon’s looking for a TV and a sound system. Gureen and Nick -sales manager helped us looking for a wonderful deal. The service was great and we really enjoyed being able to find what we were looking for and we were able to take home right away for a very reasonable price!! Really appreciated that the stay even longer than expected as the store was about to close.

My experience with Richmond Leons was the worst customer service I have ever had. The incorrect sofa (Stanley) was delivered to my home. I called Leons who told me I had ordered the Stanley sofa when I fact I ordered the Merlin. I had to send them the email confirmation I received as proof. Upon receiving my email I was then told that the Stanley and Merlin sofas are the same. I said that the sofa in my living room is clearly not the Merlin sofa which I saw in the store. I was referred to a supervisor for follow-up. An hour later I phoned back and asked to speak with the supervisor. I spoke with her and she said they delivered the sofa I ordered, the Stanley. I said that I had not ordered this, but had ordered the Merlin. She asked for a photo which I sent. She briefly said sorry, and that it likely was because the colour of the sofa was "stanley grey". She said that she would reschedule the delivery for Thursday for the correct sofa- the Merlin- and I confirmed with her that I would receive the call about the delivery times Wednesday night. On not receiving the call about the delivery I attempted to call Richmond Leons, but the phone was not answered. I left two messages expressing my frustration. The only bright spot was the lovely man at the Coquitlam Leons who told me that no delivery was scheduled for Thursday and their computer system still showed I was to receive the Stanley sofa- the incorrect item. I'm not sure how this has become such a nightmare, but it truly is. I will never shop here again and am hoping some day the sofa that is in my living room that I didn't order will be returned. It's disappointing because I had a good experience with other Leons stores in the past.

Don’t buy a couch from this store/company. I’ve never had such a terrible experience working with any furniture store, ever. We purchased a couch in January, and the salesperson told us we would receive it by end of March / beginning of April at the latest. Possibly before. We followed up in March and they said it got delayed until Mid April. Which was fine. Then we followed up a couple weeks later, and they said it would be in store mid May. We just followed up again, and now they are saying it will come at the end of May! That is a 6 month shipping delay to buy a couch and very disappointing that each time we would follow up it would get extended another month. We’ve received zero updates from the company or staff about the delay, and only when we called to follow up on the status would we be notified of this. I’ve tried to reach the manager multiple times but it’s been almost impossible. Terrible service and would never order from this store again. 6 months without a couch is not acceptable.

I am very happy with the service provided by Nick -Sales Manager. He went above and beyond to help us with the product we were looking for. I & my wife were impressed with his exceptional service. All I can say is Leon's got a very happy and return customer because of Nick' excellent service. If anyone is looking for furniture, I would highly recommend Nick, go and see him for your next purchase guys!! Thank you so much Nick.

We wandered into Leon’s casually looking for a sectional for our boat. Vicky helped us out with measuring and determining the best most comfortable one. She listened to our list of required wants and needs and we were pleasantly pleased to find a floor model that we could take home right away for a great price! Fantastic customer service through the entire process all the way to ware house staff wrapping it and loading it into our vehicle.

Horrible quality and service! The sofa was delivered on Nov. 16th, 2021. There are so many damages on it. I reported the deficiencies to the customer service and requested to return it on that day. Back and forth for one month, they want to charge me 50% for the returning! The legs of the sofa are cracked, the back of the sofa can’t be installed properly, so many damages on the surface, big noises when operating the recliner, some hardwares can not be installed. This is a brand new sofa I bought from the Leon’s!
