★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great service and delivery. we went to the sleep shop and the man that dealt with us was the owner. we were pleasantly surprised by how attentive he was as he answered all of our questions. we ended up buying a mattress and a mattress frame and they came and set everything up for us. great service and great prices. we'll be coming back in the near future if we ever need to replace our mattress.

She is willing to listen and understand your needs, and recommend the right kind of mattress/pillows that fits all your expectations. She will not only explain the material and technology that come with the mattress, but also adjust her recommendations based on your preferences. Five star customer services! Definitely stop by and ask Wendy if you need a new mattress to put you to sleep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to purchase items that you sleep in on a daily basis. The boss come in and installed my bed frame inappropriately which subsequently caused the bed frame to fall part. It really took more than four weeks to get any so called customer service. They promised to do the repairs (at my own expense), and then said I have to pay for recycling and buy a new one. Farouq’s attitude is extremely mean. Don’t even think twice to choose other shops in the area.

Did it take 6 months to deliver to me in Vancouver , my second pillow never arrived. I received one , called, they said my second pillow was on its way from another location. Never received it.
A year later I contacted support again, and they never got back to me. So basically
They pocketed 120+ dollars for never delivering my second pillow.
Horrible customer service , and horrible ingenuity . Despite the fact I’m very pleased with my first pillow , losing 150$ for me is not ok.
Unless ,
One is to go into the store and leave with the items themselves , I wouldn’t trust ordering online from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m in the process of moving and ordering new furniture. After looking around online I stumbled across this lovely store. I was looking for a platform frame. There were some really nice options at the store. I decided to give them a call today and spoke with Farouq. He was really friendly, patient and helpful. I ended up ordering a frame over the phone at a really good price. They are able to deliver on a day of my choosing. I don’t have the bed frame yet but I have enjoyed this experience so far. Nothing beats great customer service.
