I purchased a gaming chair, it is so comfortable and feels premium quality and the 2-year warranty makes me feel stress free and confident about my purchase, also, they have fast and supportive customer service, I do recommend Bella home products, so far so good.

I just purchase a sectional sofa bed with Bella home and it is amazing!! It took me a while to find it because I was being very specific of how I wanted it to look and I found others stores that carry it but definitely more expensive and was not convince about the quality but Bella Home match my expectations, they have amazing customer service, quality and great prices! Really recommended??

The Bella chair is very comfortable! It is able to adjust to whatever mood I am in. If I am busying I can be in an upright position and get my work done. If I am feeling lazy, I can recline and put my feet up :o On top of a great product and price, the customer service was really good. Highly recommend paying Bella home and Furniture a visit.

I found Bella through a Kijiji posting. They had an ad for the gaming chair pictured. I had to go to the RIchmond Ikea so I figured it was worth the drive (I'm based in Olympic Village and don't own a car). I tried out their floor models and they said the best price they could do for their floor models is $180 + GST, or a new one $220 + GST. I opted for new because the floor model was missing the top pillow. I bring my new chair home in the box and begin assembling it. As I opened the plastic for the seat, I smelled the mold first before I saw it. The entire leather side was spotted with white mold spores. Then I see something moving on the fabric side... bugs crawling in the upholstery (pictures of both included). I quickly called back and they said I could exchange it. I drove back the next day, renting a car for the 2nd time now. I asked if I could take out the pillow of the moldy/buggy chair and take the floor model, they said no problem. So I ask to be given the difference in the original price, plus something for the drive, plus the negative experience of almost releasing who knows what bugs into my house, I asked if they would do $150+GST. Bella says, no we can only exchange and no refunds. We go back and forth but they don't budge. Nothing for taking the floor model. Nothing for driving (they offer free delivery). Nothing for being given a "new" item covered in mold and bugs. Just a "Sorry, it was probably from the boat ride over here from China". Now, less than a month later, both the top pillow and the massage plug-in cord have broken with little use. I found similar models now online for $110 +GST. I got scammed, don't get scammed as well.

I've ordered the futon in the mid July. Store said it was not in stock and if I place an order and pay for shipping right away they will order it for me and it will be there at the end of August or beginning of September. For some reason they wanted shipping e-transfered separately from futon payment. September passed, I contacted the store in October and finally futon made it to my home in the mid of October. Delivery driver was alone and dumped it on my door step in the snowy day. I was visibly 8 month pregnant but he would not even help to bring it inside. Box looked good and I signed the paper for him. After opening and unpacking pieces of futon smell of mold was horrible. Also there was damage to fabric on the corner and one arm didn't sit well on the side, the way it was built. I've contacted the store right away and send them pictures of damage. They try to blame the delivery company and opened the claim with them even after I said ( I have a proof in the e-mails back and forth with them) that box looked not damaged. Delivery company declined their claim I was informed of it after contacting the store few times. Once again I said that obviously it was not the delivery company and I didn't rip the corner myself and didn't built the futon that arm didn't attach properly and asked if they would be able to cover cost of repairs. No answer. Nothing back. Not an email, not a phone call.

Bought a gaming chair and bed,mattress at here. Sam is so friendly and give me a pretty good deal. Great quality and service, especially the delivery is so fas, that is amazing!Definitely will bring and recommend my friends to buy furniture at Bella :)

Very friendly customer service. I bought a nice full size bed frame from here and it was so easy to put together (much easier than ikea). The upholstered bed frame selections are very nice!
