A fantastic business overall but their partnership with Canpar for pickups has caused me a lot of headaches. I’ve asked them multiple times to please find a better solution. Ive had three pickups in the past 6mo quoted as “next day delivery” that disappear into Canpar’s system for a week or so. Chit chats is amazing. I highly recommend them. Just beware of their shipping partner for pickups. UPDATE 08/2021: Chit Chats sent a poll around to customers about canpar and it appears they are trying to improve this.

Can't say enough good things about these people and the company! I was with the Richmond office since they started a few years ago, and I never had a thought to change to other shipping company. The staff are all very kind and knowledgable. I have been working with Felipe since last year, and he helped a great deal with our shippinng and made sure everything is done properly and smoothly. If you need to ship to US or within Canada, you definitely want to call them first. The process is fast and easy, and you will be surprised how much $$ and trouble it will save you. It is just an awesome company! !

Have been using their services over 5 years....used to be very good, and a few good features/options added over the years (e.g. UPSMI, Asendia). Fees to transit pkgs crossing the border is reasonable, especially for small pkgs. Yet, one major feature got taken away such as pre-labelled UPS/Fedex. Like many of us, we ship inventory to FBAUS via Amazon's affiliated postage w/ UPS. Some have US based shipping accounts (including USPS with discount) in USD. Now we're forced to pay extra in exchange and paying regular USPS rate while CChats not passing down the discount that they got from USPS. Recently, the system is only showing one shipping fee without breaking down the postage and fee (further lack of transparency). For small pkgs, CChats is still a decent option for most ppl (USPS, UPSMI)...otherwise, there could be better option(s) out there.

US shipments are always fast and seamless. Canadian ones even it’s 3/4 days slower than Canada post but you can save 50%. Best part is everyone is so helpful and nice. Always welcome us with a smile and go out of their way to answer questions.

I have visited Chitchats Richmond countless times in 2020 and 2021. Service was amazing and we had no issues coming here when the old employees were still here. Unfortunately, we ran into a bunch of problems as there were weight discrepancies with our packages, which yes, indeed was our problem as I did not weigh them correctly. I took the packages back and redid all of the scaling with a shipment scale and took them back. The manager told his staff to weigh it again and apparently it was incorrect again, so I had to take them all back. After taking them back home, the shipments were all correct. I then called the manager and explained to him that his employee read the scale wrong as there was no way all of them are wrong again. But he denied it and continued to say that he weighed the packages himself. He is rude through the phone and I was already super apologetic about the issues I have caused for not weighing the packages in the first place. The return process is also horrible as they NEVER process returns until I ask about them after 2 months. Even then, I am left waiting there for an hour for them to look for the package. I had then switched couriers to stallion express, a cheaper and better customer service alternative than chit chats.

If there is the option of 0 star, I would put that. This company is a fraud! It has been a month since I placed an shipment and it’s been a month and the item has not been found. They refused to do any further investigation and insisted on me making a claim of $250 for something that is worth $1k+. They just give you vague reasons that doesn’t explain why the item has been lost and they refuse to do any follow up. They just keep pushing off their responsibility and lie to you!

Gotta love reading all those reviews saying that "Chit Chats sucks", " go with Stallion Express instead" directly coming from Stallion...Chit Chats has been there for years and has helped thousands of Canadians e-commerce sellers, me included. I never had any issue with my packages, or only minor ones, and customer service was always here to help. No hidden charges, no "oh but you weighted wrong" and I've always been treated as an important customer. I use their integration on Etsy and it's very convenient, I just wish that Chit Chats would be part of the basic shipping options there, it would make my life even better!
