This company quotes a price then changes the price before delivery, they deliver late, they don't keep you informed during delivery, they fail to honour the contract you sign with them. They lie to you and they claim there are typos on the contract and try to almost double the price. I will never use this company again, they will make you a reasonable quote then you will end up paying more to get your delivery. Do not trust anything Tina tells you.

Moved from Toronto to Edmonton. I have already recommended this company to my friends at work and will recommend them to everyone I know. Strong, pleasant guys, were really careful and made sure that the stuff goes to the rooms it was supposed to go. They had a great attitude and were the most polite and caring guys among the movers I hired before. Definitely recommend these guys. The quality/price ratio surprisingly good and satisfying. made it much easier as they were very prompt, very careful with my belongings and very fast with the delivery. Thank you and I will use you again for my next move

Moved from Mississauga to Vancouver through Save on Move and dealt with Tina at the toll free number....the movers in Mississauga were great, no complaints there. This company I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to deal with. Overpriced and I had half my apartment packed already and was charged for FULL packing service. Called the 800 number and Tina had promised numerous call backs as I questioned the charges. Never once did she return my calls or emails after weeks on end. Awful customer service. Movers in Vancouver delivered and put everything in one room. When I asked them to take to other rooms they said NO as they had no time and the 3 of them literally just walked out. Completely no regard for customers at all

DO NOT HIRE!!! I was told 750$ and paid 1865$ plus stairs fees. All my items were scratched, damaged and/or deformed on the exterior; not a single thing came out as it used to be. When I started assessing the damage, the movers left without giving me my final bill that was more than double than my estimate. My bed mattress plastic wrap was damaged and was dragged in dirt and mud which was impossible to clean fully. They lost 4 of my items which they haven't found to this day. The delivery was 1 week late and I had to call multiple departments till they finally found my stuff. The movers arrived 4 hours early on pick-up and 2 hours late on delivery which completely disturbes my days. My saleswoman, Tina, couldn't care less about what had happened to me and I have had no compensation, not even an excuse. I have learned that only reputable movers can be trusted. I noticed that the use to run under another name, cheapestway2move, that equally have a bad history. Avoid at all cost.

The worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. They speak so professional and nice at the beginning of the transaction and quote you a price that suits your budget. Then upon delivery your quoted price is doubled!!!, with no sort of communication before delivery. From quoting me $2000 I'm now told one day before delivery the price is $4400 and Tina hunged up the phone when we asked for clarification of the balance and when we asked why we weren't communicated about the weight upon weighing at the warehouse. Horrible customer service and a huge communication gap between client and company. I won't recommend this moving company to anyone!

I don't normally write reviews but people need to know how horrible they really are. First they almost doubled the initial price after it was weighed. I weighed my items as it was one bedroom worth of boxes and it did not equal the charge they applied to my bill. THEN they lost one of my bags containing some expensive snowboards! It took 5 months for them to finally email me back saying they won't do anything about it. Please stay far away from these guys! The initail low quote isn't worth the pain they will cause you!

THIS COMPANY USE 2 NAMES. SAVE ON MOVE AND VEGALINE. Lost 3 boxes of mine - Only the valuable boxes. Nespresso machine, designer brand clothing and shoes. Waited over 10 business days to them to reply me back, then got Email that we are NOT eligible for the insurance. They charged me more than we expected because of over weight, then they lost 3 boxes. What is the purose of charging extra cost for the stuff that I am not even receiving it? VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I’ve there was a 0 star option I would award this company with that. Unfortunately the lowest I can go is 1 star. Do not by ANY means, even if it is your LAST option, use this company. Sell your items, take out a loan, store the items until you can figure out a better plan, do anything other than pay these people money. I was told to expect delivery 2-3 weeks, and asked several times to have a photo of the scale weight so I could anticipate cost and have the money ready ASAP. I get a call out of nowhere 1.5 weeks later, 2 days before delivery saying there was only one delivery date (take it or leave it; and if you leave it we have no idea when we will be out for delivery again ?‍♀️ and we will charge you for extra storage), and to come up with 2.5k$ (the quote was for 1.2k$) or I would never see my stuff again. My husband and I were both working on the β€˜only date of delivery’ option they provided. So I told them someone will be home from all the way until 11 am but after that no one will be there. I waited by the phone for HOURS and get a call at 10:35am saying β€˜hey we will be there in 30 mins’. I told them that won’t work, we agreed to before 11am. Well doesn’t the dispatcher call me back literally screaming at me telling me they will charge me 500$+ for unloading and offloading fees if I don’t answer the door whenever they feel like showing up. If I don’t like it then they will keep my stuff and there is nothing I can do about it. So here I am waiting for my items to show up and it is 11 am, and still no items. I had to call into work to be able to wait around for them. I will add to this review once I get my items and see what kind of damage is done.
