โ โ โ โ โ Brought in two Mavic units for repairs. Both drones were repaired to fully working order by the day they quoted. Email response time was a little slow but they did apologize and offer good reasoning. Overall quite happy with the service.

โ โ โ โ โ I've only made one purchase with Vision Up for a Mavic Air and I was extremely impressed with their customer service. To make a long story short, I had used my credit card for the purchase but had it ship to my friend's house. One of the staff members suspected this purchase may be a fraud and went the extra mile to find me on Facebook with my information to let me know that someone had my contact details. I have never seen any vendor do this and I wished there were more vendors like these as it would help stop identity theft! Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ I got great service from VisionUP in Richmond. They responded quickly to my email enquiry and the staff at the shop were amazing when I came in. My DJI Spark was repaired quickly and Ronald was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He checked everything over and even did a demo on replacing propellers when I picked up my drone in case I needed to do so in the future.

โ โ โ โ โ Visionup Canada gave me above and beyond service when I sent in my drone for repair. Not only did they execute the repair on my very tight timeline before I went on vacation, but Hugh the manager always effectively communicated to me what their step by step plan was and how they were going to get the results I needed. He provided some of the best service Iโve ever received from a manager and was beyond professsional.
I had issues with my RC not connection to the drone, and within a couple weeks they had my drone back to me, fully fixed and flying again along with extra DJI goods!! Right on time for me to leave on my trip to Spain. Hugh provided some of the best customer service I have experienced, and definitely has me referring visionup Canada to anyone I know with a drone. Jerry also did great work behind the scenes and helped with the entire process. Excellent service and support all around, two thumbs up.

โ โ โ โ โ These guys are genuinely helpful and really know their stuff! Brought my drone in after I crashed it, they diagnosed it for me and told me that aside from cosmetic damages, all I had to do was replace the propellers. Very patient, super helpful and great service. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need any help fixing my drone.

โ โ โ โ โ VisionUP is a team of professional, passionate, and honest experts who helped me get back my drone up in the air. I sent a request to replace the GPS chip under warranty on October 22nd. They sent me a shipping label and I shipped it to them. On October 26th, they sent me an email stating that the drone was ready with a photograph of my drone up in the air with a screen showing multiple GPS satellites. One of the motors was not smooth and they replaced it as well. Everything was done under warranty. I would like to thank Jayden, Gigi, Neil and everyone at VisionUp for doing such a technically accurate, timely, and perfect work! You are the reason DJI customers trust the brand because you guys provide excellent service. Thank you!

โ โ โ โ โ On a cross country road trip recently, I accidentally dipped my Phantom 4 into Lake Huron. Upon arriving back home to White Rock, I brought my drone into VisionUp Canada Inc to be repaired. Not only were the staff very friendly and professional, they (Ronald) fixed and re-calibrated my drone without any un-necessary additional expenses. It is brand new again ! Honesty and integrity are two great qualities in any company. I would highly recommend VisionUp Canada Inc for your Drone repair needs. Five stars without a doubt.

โ โ โ โ โ I had to get a Mavic Pro repaired after a crash. The service was good. I had to wait about two weeks for a replacement part from DJI, but that was not in VisionUp's hands. They kept me up to date with the status of the repairs and gave me two rotors for free. tl;dr: Good service, nice people.
