Used them for cross-country move. Primary concern is damaged goods: "specially padded moving blankets" were promised but not used on any goods, resulting in 22 pieces of furniture damaged. Per company's claim guidelines, we expected a min reimbursement of $900, but they have offered $100 and to waive deductible... provided we did not contact BBB or post reviews of their lack of adequate service. Company is non-communicative: promised claim turnaround of 7-14 bus days, but it took 64 business days. We provided them 19 business days to their adjust their offer but received no response. Additionally, we have not received a proper legal invoice with company business number, name and address, as requested. We signed our contract with Interprovincial Movers...they go by that and also by Vega Line. The business and it's practices are problematic.

Absolutely worst moving company out there doesn’t even deserve a one star. You’re better off moving your things by yourself the customer service is absolutely zero they are rude and never reply to any emails they always deliver things damaged and never reply to you when you’re trying to get things solved! Would never recommend this company to anybody!!!!

Quick response to quote and discussion on arrangements, but irresponsible and never replied email after receiving the $200 deposit. Then they missed the pickup date and need to rearrange another one until I called. They wrote a wrong destination city in the contract. When I told them to correct, again no response. Finally I needed to call several times and waited. Bad experience. Absolutely not recommended.

***A disaster; worthy of a lawsuit.*** Prompt to make a deal but slow or non-existent customer service for the month following. The movers showed up late and appeared at 10:30 pm to move my apartment worth of effects. They didn’t know they were moving an apartment of furniture. Thought they were just grabbing a box despite my full report prior. Afterwards, They wouldn’t give me final price over email or phone and kept saying they would have billings call me, but no one reached out. Rarely answered emails or phone, so over 3 weeks after picking up items when they claimed it could be up to two weeks, they offered delivery, but could not get items from truck without paying in advance. Would have been nice to know prior what it would actually cost. Price was above promised for weight Delivered broken items. Carelessly dragged and broke furniture. Busted open boxes. Didn’t deliver the boxspring for my queen bed. Movers were complaining and insisting on a tip for all the work. Left furniture outside in the rain, on the deck and the lawn. When I reached out to find out about my boxspring, despite being polite, they repeatedly hung up the phone on me. Even once, picking it up only long enough to slam it down. Said they would call back but never did…. Absolute nightmare…

Had them move my belongings from Edmonton to Vancouver. It took ~4 weeks from when they picked the things up to deliver them to my house which was fine minus not being able to tell me when I would receive them. When my items arrived I noticed that two of my guitars which were in cases along with an expensive lamp had not arrived. I notified the company and they said to fill out a loss form and they would get back to me. After I filled out the form I never heard from anyone for a month. I contacted them and they told me to wait longer as they searched (claim form said it would take between 5-15 days to complete). After waiting another 3 weeks I still never heard so contacted them again (by phone, no one still had responded to the claim email). I then emailed them again stating it had been nearly 2 1/2 months since my items were picked up and I would like to make a claim. They sent me the terms of the contract stating they only have to pay $.60/lb for any items and offered me $200 for all the lost items (worth over $1k). I tried to negotiate but they do not respond and even then put me on hold when I call and did not send even the money they said they would. I will be suing due to their lack of response and fairness.
