These are either family/friends or even straight up employees themselves. These reviews even share a similar template! They have absolutely no shame. Disgusting company, disgusting staff, disgusting practices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, no service at all and a Canadian company charging US$, at ridiculously high exchange rate and force customer to pay even less than US$100 before any service and not accommodating any reasonable customer request… never ever go back and will definitely not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT support. CANNOT recommend. Driver driving around disgustingly dangerous. Doesn't matter if this "shipping company" can "ship well" or "do good business". What good is the company if its actions end up killing someone on the road? No apologies either, shameless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't fix a problem with paper work so decided to send whole container back to HongKong. My shipment sat in thier warehouse for over a month. They dropped the ball. Said nothing I can do. CBSA said they could have fixed it. They knew at least a week ago they were sending it back and didn't inform my Shipper in China. So unprofessional.. stay away..

Honestly speaking, probably not the most efficient logistic company out there, but I do have to say that they take matters into their own hand and I mean what I say! There are couple occasions that the goods I had isn’t ideal for most logistic companies to say the least, matter of fact, nobody was willing to take my goods but KTrans. They do try their best to help customer, that’s something we can hardly find these days, And I well respect that. Despite all the negative comments about their horrible customer service experience, In my case, I received 10x better customer service in KTrans than in any other company. My sales rap is Kevin, and I received nothing but patience and professionalism from him. I’ve dealt with other freight companies, and I am fully aware how messed up this industry is. Day and Ross, Bison Transportation, Fastrate, you name it. It’s nearly impossible to get hold of anyone in those so called “Well established” companies. Wait time for a simple quote or anything that you need to speak to a real person is well over 30mins. WELL OVER!! But here at KTrans, I know I am getting answered right away. That’s almost un heard of in this industry. Sure their driver should have drove better, their quote can be more accurate, and the shipping time can be shortened, but after all this is a company I am more than happy to deal with.
