Booked a pickup schedule, waited for 5 hours but nobody showed up to pick up my box. Called the hotline #, and the person that I talked to sounded like he was making fun of me because he was laughing on his end and told me somebody will come to pick up the boxes around 5pm but nobody came, you could have at least phoned me or texted me why you didn't come or if you cancelled it so I wont waste my time waiting for nothing. SO UNPROFFESIONAL! NO more LBC for all of my family from now on! You are not the only "balikbayan box" company anyway!

The lady who assisted me with my shipment was kind and informed me of the rules and guidelines when it came to shipping abroad to the Philippines as it was my first time shipping internationally. Directions to this location are ok however be wary of where you park. Some businesses nearby are a bit territorial with their space and will harass if you wait too long. My packages arrived around the estimated time(3 weeks) and the tracking was good.

Everytime we follow up for the boxes they said they will change it but until now June 2021 I sent 2 boxes again and I try to tell to the pick up guy to change it but he argued with me and raises his voice. Instead of giving his tips I hesitate to give him because of his attitude.The worst customer service. The boxes that I sent last year had a big hole on the side about 8 inches and they just put some tape on it. Thinking they are trying to steal the items inside. What a bad experience, so disgusting. Never to LBC again.
R	Riza AA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good time to go. While the lady at the counter was quite busy she attended to us right away. She even gave us the blank documents to fill in advance and tips on when to drop off the Balikbayan boxed when we have filled it up.
M	Ms Gold Jewels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Dissapointing? I booked a pick up today we waited for driver but just went off after not reaching us on mobile phone once. We live in an apartment and they didn't bother to buzz our place. I called to customer support to ask for any solution but they didn't help at all instead they blaim me for not picking up the phone. They offer rescheduling but way too late. You ruined my families excitement!!!!! I hope that you'll improve your employees!!!!
M	Maria Althea Ybañez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walang modo ang tauhan niyo! This is the second time na bastos yung nag pipick up from you. We had a pick up scheduled today with a 9am to 2pm time slot. Your representative apparently called twice at 8am. My wife was trying to finish taping the box around when he rang the door at 8:15. He was furious, disrespectful and yelled at my wife for "not picking up his calls", yelled unnecessary comments and just walked out. It was not even our time slot and your drivers normally arrive very late outside the usual time slots! If only we were mean enough to post his video pero it would depend kung babalik sya ng maayos o ewan!

I have voicemail and call registered. So scheduled another pick up this Sunday and again nobody came. It was supposedly 8 to 8:30am so I followed up by 8:31 and agent told me that driver might be later and wait till 1pm. Time passed and nobody pick up the box. This company is so unprofessional and unreliable. DON’T EVER DEAL WITH THEM and use other company instead!!! Also, my box got pick up sept 16 and it left Vancouver November 19 only. VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE!!! ? And after almost 4 months this is how they delivered my box. Most of the items are covered with oil and broken. This company is garbage and doesn’t care!!!
