I have a emergency package need to be delivered in 2days. They were promised that they will send it out on time by use the DHL express service, but they didn’t send it on the day they promised and they don’t even call me so I can have other plans . After all these, They have nothing to say but tons of excuses. I lost my flight because of the undelivered package, so I have to buy a new one for 400more.
If you have emergency package, go to the official store.

I trusted them but they didn't send it on the day they promised, and didn't call me to tell me, so I lost the opportunity to send it to other places that day. I also missed my flight and wanted to buy a new ticket.
Businesses can shirk responsibility for thousands of reasons. But the trust between customers and businesses has disappeared. I can forgive any force majeure if you send it but not arrive. However, it is definitely a loss of basic integrity if it does not ship on the specified date and does not call the customer on normal working days.
