The coaches are super technical and if you're interested in beginner competitions at all there are always teammates to go with to local stuff. Started training here after the pandemic restrictions ended and immediately felt at home, now I ice bath with these guys on weekends and we watch ufc together. Awesome place for total beginners or more experienced people alike

I was well welcomed when I first started training there by everyone. I immediately felt comfortable to train there and met many good people too. The instructors are extremely helpful and thorough with their training and I can’t thank them enough for a good training experience. Will definitely train there again next time I visit Vancouver.

I have been going to their weekly classes for a few months now and enjoy it and have seen an improvement in my strength and coordination. The two coaches are great with their technical instructions and at correcting and leading the students. I would recommend the kickboxing classes to anyone whose looking to work on and improve on their technique and strength/power.

The atmosphere is friendly and motivating. Beginners are warmly welcomed and integrate quickly in the classes. You’ll get a great workout in while learning a tangible skill at the same time!
