C	Chris Finch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Richmond,BC outlet is a good store to visit. The open spaces display well. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, ,the staff were friendly and helpful without putting customers under pressure. We ordered a dinning room table and chairs to be made in Canada. This has to be a plus. The only surprise was the 100% payment required for an order that will take up to 3 mons to deliver. However, overall the experience at this store with Merilee was most positive.

Merilee and Courtney were both incredibly helpful and the guys that came to deliver and install our table (on more than one occasion!) were very knowledgable, punctual and professional.

A	Augi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional sales behavior. Our family went to the store and saw a sofa that we liked on a Tuesday. We let the sales person know we were interested and would like the dimensions to check if it will fit in our living room. After checking we called the sales person back on Thursday to let them know that we would like to buy it and will be making the purchase on the next Tuesday. The sales person said it was no problem, and that she will be holding the sofa for us. Nonetheless on Sunday we received a call to say that the sofa has been sold. Not only did she lie about putting the sofa on hold, she also blamed us for not going to the store on the weekend to buy it first. This is totally unacceptable behavior and very poor customer service. When you put an item on hold for a customer, it is should on hold, or at least have the courtesy to call us and ask if we would release the item because another party is interested.

Very helpful by giving us advice and recommendations to all our questions and concerns with our purchase. In addition, Sean was always very good at responding to my emails in a timely manner with the take home samples. Can't wait till our purchase arrives & highly recommend Jordans Home in Richmond.
