β β β β β CAUTION TO ALL BUYERS :
We ordered a lot of furnitures from this store this year, and the experience is awful for the following reasons :
1) Absolutely no follow up after you made your deposit. You have to contact the sales person numerous times to get an update of your order.
2) Refund policy is scam. Our sales representative measured dimensions of our room, and ordered incorrect size furnitures for us. The furnitures we received would not even fit in the room.(Bed, desk, etc). WE WERE ONLY ALLOWED TO RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT. We were hoping to use those store credit with other existing orders' residual payment but were told specifically they can only be applied with new orders.

The quality of furniture and their designs and friendly staffs are unique.
We had a very good experience with Mali over there ,she was honest and tasteful and not pushy at all.

β β β β β I was very disappointed with the quality of their products because of how expensive the furniture is. The sales representative was pretty nice, but I wish she didn't follow me everywhere and let me assess the furniture myself. Also I could hear the receptionists gossiping about me. It made me feel kinda uncomfortable.

β β β β β I shopped around at 5 high end furniture stores, and I found that Paramount suited my taste perfectly. One of the designers, Mali, did a great job with design. I couldnβt be more pleased with the quality and beauty of their furnishings. I highly recommend Paramount Furnishings.

β β β β β I have been working with this designer, Jeanelle for years. Itβs always a great experience working with her. She is brilliant, thoughtful and professional about all her design works! Paramount also takes great care of my clients even after the sales. Their delivery services is one of the best in town. I feel very comfortable every time sending my clients to her. I strongly recommend her to everyone whoβs looking for design services! Paramount is definitely an amazing place to buy high end furnitures.

β β β β β I bought all the furniture for my apartment from Paramount Home & Design last year around July. The designer, Diane, helped me from designing, choosing the style, choosing the color of the leather, and planning according to my floor plan, all the way from careful and professional!
Also, Diane helped me to follow up the order and delivery time throughout the whole process. She's really responsible and won't choose a style that doesn't suit me. I am very pleased with Paramount's professional service.
On the day of delivery to my home, Diane also accompanied me throughout the whole process, directing and arranging which furniture to be placed in which location of my house. And the workers who moved the furniture came from Paramount's own staff, all of whom have more than 10 years of experience and take great care. Absolutely make sure not to bump my wall. I was very happy with the whole shopping experience and will continue to shop here for home decor, and future furniture next time.
Because the quality of the furniture is fabulous.
