Z	ZEENA AL-HAMADANI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT EVEN 1 STAR. Brought my car and paid $1,700 to get a transmission leak "fixed" here. About a month later, I went to another mechanic for a different problem. As they were checking over everything in the car, they diagnosed a transmission leak AGAIN. They told me that whoever did the transmission job did not do it properly. So naturally I had this place take another look at the job they did not finish. They voided my warranty under the excuse that "another mechanic worked on the car" Edit: dry oil on the transmission indicated that it has been leaking for longer than a week. If it were the other mechanic's fault, why would they mention it

If all mechanics shops had this level of honesty and respect, it would be a much better world for a lot of people. Great service, great communications, fast repair and reasonable price. Vinny at the front counter is courteous and professional. Work was done on time at a highly competitive cost. The staff here are passionate about cars and put a lot of care and attention to detail into their work. In an industry rife with rip-offs, scams, and often getting fleeced by shady mechanics, Premier Transmissions is truly a gem. I will not be taking my car anywhere else.

Premier was the only shop that asked me to bring in my vehicle for a listen prior to providing a quote. The quote itself was competitive with other non-dealer transmission specialists, and I appreciated the personable, respectful service I received, as well as Adil and his team arranging for me to rent a vehicle for the day at a reasonable rate. The work was done on time as promised, with the clutch assembly damage explained and shown to me. I was also given the option to keep the damaged components for follow up with the manufacturer if desired. I would definitely bring my car back to Premier for other services and would recommend them to others.

I was impressed as he explained in detail what needed to be done without making me feel stupid. I needed some major work done on my Transmission as well. I was given a quote. The work was completed for less as not as much work was needed. Very honest and fair. I even stopped in so he could hear a noise that was new to the car. He again explained that was the new normal with the Transmission. I will use this mechanic shop for all my cars needs. Staff are all Very helpful too.

They immediately identified my transmission's problem and said I would need a new one; and my car runs great now. These guys were more than accommodating to me. Their rate is 115/hr, which is reasonable and in line with other shops.

I say mystery because two other folks could not find the problem or the solution. Leave it to Adil and Co. Making no assumptions, Adil took his time to put it on the hoist and complete a full review. Not only did he find the problem, he explained what it was, why it happened, and how he was going to fix it. The work was done on time and at a fair price. Highly recommend this place. Did I mention the staff, including his Dad who started the business, were so friendly and always had a smile. This is the place to go!

Beautiful and they did a great job !enjoyed talking to Gwenith in the office shes very nice and i will be coming here for sure if i need my car serviced and i highly recommend Adale and Premier Transmissions Ltd , i will be telling my friends and family to take their vehicles to Adale .
