β β β β β Phoned in to confirm they had the tiles I needed. Was told yes. Drove 40 minutes to be told they didn't have any in stock. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Will not shop here again and do not recommend.

if ur willing to buy something ur biggest loser ever..worst products, worst customer service .
bought a frameless shower door soon after installation its shattered...glad nobody hurt, and I called hang up n saying f**** off ..selling as a tampered glass its 100% lowest quality Chinese product β¦
beware of this fraud people and store.

β β β β β My first (and last) visit to this store was disappointing and disheartening. A young store employee was chatting with me (as is the norm in good salesmanship) when the owner came by and started to chide him in front of everyone for "wasting time talking" to a customer. This behavior is not only against WorkSafeBC regulations, the poor young man must have been embarrassed for just trying to be friendly to me; a potential customer. She claims she was trying to teach him business. I don't think it is North American business she was referring to. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Thanks for reading.
