โ โ โ โ โ As CEO I initially hired Real Balance Accounting to help with bookkeeping, however their team ultimately helped me grow my business from 4 to 20 people and to develop maturity as a company in terms in our financial systems and processes. Suzanne was an advisor and mentor to our leadership team, who rolled up her sleeves to get hard work done (supporting us through two audits - thank you!) but also worked with us to plan and implement new systems around bookkeeping, accounting, tax filing (including SR&ED support), HR, and implementation of a new ERP system. I would highly recommend Real Balance for not only bookkeeping and accounting, but their business advisory and management consulting services.

Being able to work with Suzanne was a huge help in just getting a much better understanding of how the Canadian Tax rules are structured, particularly around my small business requirements and the new changes coming from the government around Covid-19 regulations.
