★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It look shady at first. The office is merged with an auto repair shop. However, look for Mr. Gill, he is very professional and patience when I was searching for a 12 passenger van. I went on location to check out their vehicles. He actually handed me the keys to look inside all the possible choice van I had in mind. One similarities across the board was all the van were new and clean. He gave me a quote for different van on the spot and I put a deposit down without hesitation. I went back two weeks later to pick up the vehicle and he actually met me up earlier than store opening hours. We went through minor paperwork and off I go. Low rate, excellent customer service and quality van. I would come back again.

I booked with Yellow Car Rental months prior to my wedding as I had a big group coming in from abroad and staying in town for my wedding. Well, due to COVID-19, they all had to cancel and as such I had to request refunds from everyone (hotels, Airbnb, flights, etc) including this car rental company. I figured I would cancel with Yellow Car at least a month away from the wedding day to give them ample time to accommodate given the circumstances. It is now ONE MONTH PAST my first attempt at this request and I have heard nothing back. $1,500 dollars later and heard nothing back... Not even a "thank you for being patient" or "we're doing our best."
I spoke with Bob twice on the phone and twice he directed me to e-mail him and that he would "answer within 12 hours" (ha!). Sure. I said, I have heard this story before. We're now a few days past my last phone call attempt and about 10 e-mails to get a confirmation on refund and nothing. Needless to say I do not recommend. It is too bad that even through tough times people can be so greedy. I would give 0 stars if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pary was excellent to deal with. Sprinter van was cleaned and ran smooth. We took it to Prince George from Vancouver and back. Perfect for a roadtrip or for those visiting the lower mainland. I would not go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed a little bit sketchy at first due to the location, but my fears were quickly resolved once I entered the office. Service is A+ and had no complaints. Sprinter ran perfectly. Kids loved it for the road trip!
